Jaritza has been in dental assisting for eight years. Jaritza recently has graduated from Case Western Reserve University Expanded Function Dental Assistant Program. She is using her many years as a certified dental assistant to enhance her EFDA skills.She has a superb eye for colors and color matching, which is critical in bigger cosmetic cases. Jaritza is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys spending free time with her husband and two sons, as well as playing in local softball leagues.
Alexis graduated from Polaris career center in 2018 with her dental assisting degree. She enjoys the one on one time with patients helping them to fully understand their dental health. Alexis enjoys spending time with her family while going to the beach or camping.

Everyone is very nice. BUT, they will get you for every penny they can. They will suggest you need a deep cleaning no matter your age. They run your insurance before hand, so they can see how much money they can get from your insurance. I highly suggest not going to this dental office and take your business elsewhere. Bennett Family Dental is great and is located right down the street!!

Great first experience at Westlake Dental Associates. The staff was very friendly and patient throughout my visit (and all of my annoying questions). Dr. Bekal is pure class, very friendly and thorough. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a change for the better:)

This is my second review the first one got lost. This was my first time at Westlake dental associates. The staff was fantastic. And my Dentist Dr. Bekal was great as always. She's been my dentist for along time and when she was at her other practice.Gabby was great to see again as always. Everyone made me feel welcomed. If you're ever looking for a new dentist office try Westlake dental associates.

I am so happy with how clean my teeth look and feel after a cleaning at Westlake Dental Associates. Their tools are not only higher tech than at many practices, they are able to clean more completely and with less discomfort. Of course, a tool is only as good as the person using it, and they are very skilled professionals who are care about the person they are working on, and the job they are doing.

I highly recommend Westlake Dental Associates. All of the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Dr. Chrys is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to fully walk through all questions and concerns. I haven't had the best experience with dentist in that past but I recently switched to Westlake Dental Associates and now see Dr. Allyson McClendon and couldn't be more pleased. She is kind and compassionate and makes sure all your questions are answered.

Clean and quiet office with very nice staff. I appreciated that they didn't shame me for this being my first cleaning in over 2 years, lol. I also loved that they provided me with an itemized bill that showed my exact out-of-pocket costs. I'll continue to make my future dental appointments here!

Had an appointment the day before my birthday and I was kinda bummed about it (not on purpose... I had to reschedule from earliest in the month.) However the staff at Westlake dental made a point not only to acknowledge that my birthday was the next day, they also presented me with a festive mug and a Starbucks gift card! Talk about making your patients feel special! From now on I'll be sure to book my appointment around my birthday on purpose! Thank you Westlake Dental Associates for going above and beyond!

I had been a patient at WDA for over a year, and visited the office several times for cleanings and chronic issues. Their office is fancy, the equipment new, and my interactions with the dentists cordial. I spent over a thousand dollars out of pocket over the year for services received. About 2 weeks ago, I contacted the office with a severe toothache. I recognized that I had a brewing infection that needed to be treated with antibiotics and possibly more, urgently. I called on a Thursday and described the situation but was advised by the front desk that there were no appointments available and that if matters worsened over the weekend I should go to the ER. On Friday I went to the office at 11am and asked that a message be conveyed to any of the dentists that they had a patient who needed urgent attention for an acute issue. I felt confident that a dentist couldn't possibly turn a patient with an acute infection away. I did get called and offered an appointment in an hour. I was examined and found to have a gingival infection, that was flushed and a topical antibiotic applied. A prescription for amoxicillin was called in for me, and within 48 hours I was distinctly better. The dentist who saw me agreed that my infection would have progressed to an abscess if I had waited. I thanked her and offered feedback on the runaround I was given by the front desk. I asked that if their practice would not accommodate a patient in urgent need, that they tell me so I could seek care elsewhere. She indicated that that was not the case. I was astounded to receive the letter below from their office today, terminating me as a patient of their practice. It appears that they do not see it as their responsibility to take care of their patients if an emergency were to arise. I was put in my place for suggesting it.

Most of all, open lines of communications directly with the Doctors. Alway quick to respond to any questions or concerns. A very pleasant experience every time.

When I moved to Cleveland, I went to a reputable dentist business that ended up setting me back with poor technical skills (multiple broken cavities) and poor preventative care. This is a highly modernized office with good, smart people working here. I appreciate that they work to prevent teeth issues as opposed to holding off and waiting until you already have an issue that needs immediate attention. It actually saves a lot of money, pain, and inconvenience in the future. They've properly fixed the issues my wife and I had, due to a few years of poor dentistry, and are maintaining our dental health well to help prevent issues in the future.
