Appointment went great today. Everything was on time, hygienist, Emily, does a great job, and appreciate clear explanations from Dr. Field's of additional services I need. No pressure to do anything immediately, but provided me with information to make decisions on what and when I want to get some things corrected.

Just came back from my first visit at Dr. Fields' office. Courtney checked me in at the font and she was very welcoming and kind. Sabrina did my x-rays and listened to every concern I had. She was very thorough and then she continued with my cleaning. Sabrina was very gentle and told me what she was doing at all times. Dr. Fields talked me through all of the concerns I had and made me feel at ease at all times. I get nervous during dental visits but I was assured that all my concerns were nothing to be worried about. I read a review about the office being dirty and that is not true. After my first set of x-rays Sabrina said, "let me just clean this up and we will move on to some more pictures," and I WATCHED her sanitize everything she used on me before she moved on. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to my next cleaning.

The office was so disgusting with dirt never go back. I wouldn't want anyone from the office put anything in my mouth to work on my teeth. If the office is so unsanitary the instruments have to be the same. Go to the Practice in Franklin Doc is great and the office is actually super clean!

Great staff and a very friendly environment. MY dental hygienist, Olivia, and Dr. Fields did an outstanding job at the Westhaven Office. This was a very smooth visit, and I look forward to the next one with them.

The first dentist office I'm not scared to go into... everyone's super-nice and professional. I literally panic when I sit in that chair but they always put me at ease! I'm always happy with the results, whatever the procedure.

The staff was so friendly and professional. What a great team! Native was so kind on the phone, Heather was so great with my prep, Lacey was a fantastic hygienist, and Dr Lauren Fields was amazing! Courtney checked me out and made sure my experience was pleasant. Thank you!

My experience was just like it has always been--wonderful! Every single staff member there is so friendly and helpful!! The dentist, hygienist, and the ladies on the front desk are actually a pleasure to b around. And I am also impressed with the knowledge and ability of the dentist & hygienist. I cannot complain about a single thing about the office, staff, and professionalism.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and efficient. Both the hygienist and Dr. Nelson were very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the tooth that have been bothering me for some while. I appreciate them taking a conservative approach and not suggesting anything be done with the tooth until they felt it was necessary.

I hope this is appropriate. I am Kevin my mother in law has been pestering my wife and I to see her dental office and meet the sweetest and kindest woman alive. Then a week ago she called crying. Apparently the woman she was talking about had left the practice. Well today she called to tell me she and her friends had ambushed this woman's husband to find out where she went. My mother in law had me to search you practice out and write a few kind words. When Karen Johnson came to our little community in west Tennessee to work with Dr. Horton, the senior ladies of Camden truly felt like Karen was sent to Camden as God's blessing to their community. Now that she is gone the ladies are sad, longing for the personal touch Karen brought to the community. Dr. Horton has retired and sold out, everyone kind of felt like Karen would retire as well, but that wasn't the case. This new bunch pushed her out. Karen is a mature professional who truly cares. This new bunch are young girls with no personality and no compassion. So now Westhaven Dentistry has received the blessing Camden lost. The ladies are now trying to come up with a way to all go to Westhaven together. Apparently, Westhaven Dentistry has really got a winner on their hands and should be proud of the choice they have made, good luck to Karen, I regret not having the opportunity to experience her talent.

On 8/12/21 I came into the dentist office with no appointment, thinking that I had broken a tooth. Courtney was wonderful and asked Stephanie to look at it. Stephanie looked quickly and determined it was ,in fact, a piece the temporary crown that I had on a tooth. In less than one hour, Stephanie had sized the permanent crown and Dr Fields stepped out of her time with another patient and placed the permanent crown. I was consoled and tooth fixed, all in less than an hour with no appointment. All work was done professionally, pleasantly and with a smile. Congratulations to the team midTn Denistry.
