He is a proud alumnus of Green High School. Dr. Kyle graduated cum laude from Miami University majoring in Zoology with a minor in Spanish. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University in 2015. Dr. Kyle refined his knowledge and expertise through a residency at Akron City Hospital delving into general dentistry, operating room cases and the treatment of medically complex patients. He spent the next several years working at a group dental practice in Gahanna and an oral surgery practicein Fairlawn. There, he gained proficiency with wisdom tooth removal and dental implant surgery.
While not in the office, you can find Dr. Kyle snow skiing, long-distance cycling, kayaking the Portage Lakes or spending time with his family. He is also an accomplished pianist and guitarist and speaks fluent Spanish. Dr. Kyle is thrilled to be back in the area.

I've been seeing Dr. Westhafer since I was a small child, and I'm now in my early 20s. I have never searched for another dentist to go to, because I have no reason to leave this wonderful office. Even when my family was having financial issues, they have worked with us to ensure we were still able to get the care we needed. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and well-organized, and Westhafer himself is thorough and to the point with your dental health. The office is very kid-friendly (4-year-old me can attest to that), while also catering to an older crowd. I appreciate how they always have a mini-fridge with water in the lobby. The view when sitting in any of the dental chairs is nice as well, as they all overlook a wooded area. They have bird feeders in the window, so it's always nice to see a cardinal or a blue jay stop by. Additionally, Dr. Westhafer's son Dr. Kyle now works there and is a phenomenal dentist as well :-)

I didn't have a dentist & had a major toothache over Easter weekend. I found Dr. Westhafer on Google. I called his office on Tuesday & they were able to get me in THAT day. Dr. Kyle explained all my options & suggested I should pull the tooth & get an implant. He said that's what he would do & it would be better in the long run. I took his advice & he was able to pull my tooth THAT day, relieving my pain!!! Dr. Kyle even called me over the next few days to make sure everything was OK & answered any questions I had about what I could & couldn't do after having my tooth pulled. The office staff & all the hygienists are absolutely amazing!!! I'm so glad I found them & highly recommend going to them!!!

I would like to take the time and say thanks to Dr. Westhafer and his staff for helping me feel at ease as soon as you walk in you feel a warmth and greeted with smiles lets admit going to the dentist makes most have extreme anxiety i know this too well, but once settled in they go above and beyond to make sure your comfort is their number one priority.once again thanks i highly recommend the dr. and his staff .The Noel Family Austin Noel, Tommy Noel, Bernadette Noel

Dr. Westhafer is superb at his craft. The staff was extremely welcoming and my experience was great. I had a replacement retainer made, and have had no problems with it. Dr. Westapher is clearly an expert in his field, and is the most knowledgeable dentist I have been to.

After seeing other dentist's, Dr. Westhafer and his employees are by far the best! They are compassionate and thorough. The partial that was completed for me, matches the exact color of my teeth. Anyone I have come in contact with, can not tell a difference.

Dr. Westhafer is by far the best dentist I have ever experienced! He and his staff are knowledgeable , friendly, and professional.They go above and beyond to get the result you need such as making a partial or extracting a tooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Westhafer for all dentistry needs!

I recommend Dr. Todd to anyone who asks or says they have had bad experiences elsewhere. His work is top notch & they do not upsell you on nonsense. This coming from a client and someone who works with Dentists all over the country on a daily basis.
