I've regrettably been going to this practice for 3-5 years. Now I go to Jackson Smiles, which I one hundred percent recommend. Westgrove acts like they are doing you a favor. The staff are rude and they lack customer service skills. I went in for a routine cleaning. The dental hygienist advised that I wouldn't be allowed to have a routine cleaning that I needed a deep cleaning. Which would cost a little over $2,000. She was extremely rude and basically told me it was required since I didn't get a cleaning during Covid. She said that I had periodontists and there was no way they could do a general cleaning without them getting infected. I decided to get a second opinion. I went to Jackson smiles and they were amazing! They said my teeth were perfectly healthy and warned about dentists trying to use Covid as an excuse to charge more. I've never had a good experience with westgrove. This was my last straw with them.

This a terrible unorganized office with a rude and unprofessional 'manager' named Morgan that I will definitely be making a report to the TMB about. I wouldn't send my dog here. This office is a mess.

This dental office provides decent in-person dental service, however their financial/claims department is lacking in issue resolution. I have a claim from 10/2020 that has been re-submitted more times than I can count. At each phone call upon receiving the same bill in the mail, I make a call to the office only to hear the same thing each time along the lines of "we are not sure why your claim is not going through." To put the responsibility of claim follow-ups on your customer is unprofessional in any degree. Avoid this dentist if you value your time.

Terrible customer service. It should not take 10+ days to get a call back as it relates to talking with someone in their payments office.

I had an amazing experience at the office today. I was assisted by the temp hygienist Ms. Joanne. She was very personable. Even though I was in the office for ninety minutes, I did not mind. It is the experience and comfortability that will make me go back. The staff is very professional and communicates through every step of the process.

Very Friendly and professional staff. I visited them first when they were on Trinity Mills off the tollway. Many years ago. I am disappointed that Dr Barnett is retired. Lots of new faces. We will see how things go. I Went here twice since Dr Barnett retired. It's not going to work out for me... Not complaining about anything. Just not for me..

Everyone at Westgrove is so helpful and positive. Thanks to these individuals, I am finally getting Invisalign, which I should have done years ago.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I took my daughter in for her 1st cleaning at this office. Before they even examined her teeth, we were being told that she had periodontal disease. Mind you this was being told to us less than 5 mins she was in that chair. They insisted that she needed treatment done. I forcibly told them that we were there to get a cleaning done & THAT WAS IT!! They were pushing this treatment as though it was a matter of life & death. I told them NO and that I couldn't afford treatment not covered by my insurance. The women told me she could talk to Kenya( whom is extremely rude) about the plan cost. I briefly stepped out of the room to take an important call from my lawyer & upon return they were showing me pictures of my daughters gums bleeding. While I had stepped out of the room my daughter informed me that they came in while I had just left & picked her gums w/a sharp object to which she said they did it in a hurry. They also communicated w/one another infront of my daughter saying that she had the worst mouth they had ever seen. I was furious!!! My daughter was in alot of pain because of what they did & as well as emotional because of their comments. We just walked out of that office as fast as we could. I am not going to let this kind of abuse of a minor child go unheard. Someone needs to put a stop to the this & I'm going to do everything in my power to do so!!

I had been using a different orthodontist, and through that treatment, I needed a 2nd opinion, and my dentist referred me to WestGrove. Dr. Karkuri saw me and explained his honest opinion about the status of my treatment with this different orthodontist. he was honest, and said the other doctor was doing a great job and there was no need for me to go to Westgrove. He answered all my questions honestly despite me being a patient of a different doc. Further, they did Xrays to get good idea of my condition, and did not charge me for it either. All this indicates their focus is positive patient outcomes, not profits. Additionally, I noticed that their practice was very large, busy, clean and organized with several dental assistants on duty. I wish I had started my treatment here to begin with, but will keep this place in mind for any future needs.

I have been going to this dental office for Many years. I have to give a shout out to the best dental hygienist I have ever been to. Angie is the best. She always remembers Us and every issue we have. Sometimes I just show up with one of my kids and she will suggest an appointment or opening for me. She is incredible and I hope we never lose her. If so I will follow her wherever she goes.

I had an appointment reminder from their office for today. They sent me an email and also a text message reminding me of my appointment. With as expensive as gas is when I arrived I was told that they didn't have an appointment for me but they could work me in for an 11:00 appointment when I had one for 9:00AM. I also had an interview that I rescheduled because of the conflict with this appointment. They didn't seem very concerned that it was their mistake and stated what they could do is have a technician measure my gums and then they could reschedule me again for the cleaning that they didn't have time to do. If they have time to measure my gums, they have time to do the cleaning. This is just so they can make extra money. They didn't just send one reminder of the appointment but two reminders. I also showed them the text message they had sent me reminding me of my 9AM appointment. Needless to say, they won't get any more business from me.
