First couldn't get appointments right . Then the office manager tried to Lie to me & say my issuance couldn't cover it (simple extraction) & it clearly said in the bracketed area that it was covered, but insisted for payments . Doctor was cool . Manager needs some serious training on honesty .

Hello I just wanted to share my personal experience. I was beyond terrified to be there I HATE the dentist from childhood lol. The assistant that was assigned to my room I believe his name is Torrin, was beyond excellent! He made me laugh to try not to think about the work that needed to be done, he made it comfortable and a safe environment for me again. The customer service he presented blew me away, it was such a great experience I would definitely recommend coming here and having Torrin as your assistance!

After dealing with this office today, I would give 0 stars if I could! They're beyond unprofessional and I am completely and utterly disgusted! The front desk has a lack of understanding and training for their position, as a patient whom has done everything she could to get the paperwork and documentation needed for them, I have been told it is my responsibility to go back and forth with them and my other doctor trying to get medication for infection, my other doctors office has sent documentation multiple times and only after I became "louder" and "meaner" did I get my point across. I have been without antibiotics for the past 2 weeks and I have had a severe infection. When I finally called to speak with them, I was told how it was my job and they were waiting on me, yet I was never informed! The receptionist "Aniya" is who I am particularly speaking about, highly unprofessional!!! I asked her to reach out to the doctor because I have done so multiple times and I have done all I can..she told me "no" how it's not her job. I finally was able to speak with someone else named "John" whom was slightly more helpful and was able to get me the much needed antibiotics within minutes.

The customer service I received at this dental office is some of the worst I've ever experienced. There's a lack of documentation and accountability taken by the staff there. I don't even want to get a routine cleaning there anymore in the event that if I don't openly advocate for myself I'll be taken advantage of. It's one thing to make a mistake and whole different thing to blame a client for their poor documentation and lack of communication. I've been trying to get in contact with the staff regarding a a conflict for upwards of 2-3 months and when I finally got a hold of someone all I received was "that wasn't documented"... I do not recommend you get any orthodontist work done at this facility because they are not professional at all. Very disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about this Dentist office! I waited a long time to visit a dentist since moving here and I'm so glad I found this one! The staff is wonderful, and accommodating. John worked with me to figure out my payment plan and was very nice! Dr. Rastogi is the best! She made sure I was comfortable and is so caring! The dental assistants were just as sweet and caring and I can't thank them enough! So if you're looking for a dentist, this is the place to go to! Thank you so much again!

I wanted to thank Kory and Monique for making my visit comfortable . Like everyone I'm scared of the dentist and haven't been to one in years , they walked me through my treatment plan thoroughly and made it so easy to understand. They are amazing people in that office and even checked on me after to make sure everything went as planned. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work. Thank you again Kory and Monique, you guys and your team are great and I will be back

The front desk people are rude, they push that you pay for everything that's not covered by insurance and get angry if you don't do it, they wanted me to sign a paper stating that they could charge my insurance for something I was refusing to have done, they kept telling me it was just routine papers, as if I can't read, when I didn't sign it, the ladies were super rude and angry, terrible customer service.

The Doctor I was scheduled with told me I needed a certain treatment done for the next 6 months so I couldn't do a regular cleaning. I just wanted my wisdom tooth pulled but they were suggesting I just start a PP and get everything done. I went to another Dental office, I was able to do a cleaning and I didn't need any treatment plan of what she told me I needed.. and half the price I would have paid here. Nice office, front desk receptionist was super sweet.

I had a great experience at this office! The dentist made my little sister feel at ease through out her entire procedure. Yazan was one of the dental assistants there and he was so kind & helpful!

staff is friendly but my filling (which was already touched two times to fix) came off right after 2 months. Cant even go back because we have moved and I had to go through all the process again( in my pregnancy) and Had to pay 400$.

Dr. Tepa and his staff are awesome and very helpful. I love Westgreen Dental and their Ortho team too.

Dr.Teppa is the best! He is kind and very professional. He has preformed great work on my implants. His assistants are professional and always make me feel welcomed.
