I called the office on October 25 2022 to make an appointment for a general exam and a basic cleaning. I clearly ask if the office is in network of the principal insurance. They said yes. I have provided all insurance information for November 1 2022 appointment. When I walked in the office and asked the front desk if the insurance will cover for the exam and cleaning, they said yes. After the exam, before the hygienist started working on cleaning, I asked her to check again whoever takes care of the insurance/ office manager whether the basic cleaning will be covered by the insurance. She left the room to check that information for me, she said yes it will be covered by the insurance. After that, they sent me to another lady. This lady told me that they are out of network and they wanted me to pay $121 for cleaning. I said no because I have checked more than one time before the work. The westgate dental office is a scam and liar. Don't go there.

Excellent Staff and Service!! They have Your First Visit Free, which includes X-rays and a Dental exam. They give U beverages, blankets, TV and music and a Warm Massage Chair for Your Dental chair! They Also Provide Complimentary Nitrous Oxide for the Anxious Patients! (Which is Unheard of) Also there is Financing available for Your Dental Treatment Needs. I can't say Enough Good about This Dental Practice! I got into see a dentist the very next day I went online to request a Appointment for My First Visit and They scheduled Me the Following day to start My Dental Treatment! I Highly Recommend this Dental Practice to Anxious patients like Me or to Anyone really!

They got me in the office within 10 minutes os calling with a broken crown. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr Hart was great. She explained what needed to be done and gave me two options on treatment.

I have been coming here for about 10 years now. I moved to Grayslake 4 years ago and I still make the drive here because it's so worth it! Westgate goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable (heated seats, blankets, lip balm!!). I will never go anywhere else!
