The ladies at the front desk were very unprofessional and rude. They weren't of any assistance in helping you figure out what needed to be done with insurance or with contacting referrals. Dr. Westfall was also very rude and used some profound language inside the office during operating hours. When told that customer is nervous they immediately offered to give a medication called Valium instead of offering your typical bedside manner options. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

If you like being taken care of like you're part of the family, this dental office is for you. We feel confident Dr. Adam will offer the best dental care and advice. A family friendly place where you're treated to the best dental experience.

Dr. Adam is the best! He is the dentist I have been to that takes the time to do part of the cleaning. Since establishing care with him, 8 years ago, I have moved 3 times. I now live in South Johnson County, and still make the drive to Platte City for even my basic/preventative care.

Have known Wayne and Adam most my life and cannot say enough good things about them and the work they do. Professional, caring and make you feel right at home! If you're looking for a lifelong dentist then I highly suggest Westfall DDS!

Everyone at Westfall Dental is very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Adam Westfall is extremely patient with me (I am extremely nervous in a dentist's chair) which is very appreciated, and the group is very easy to work with regarding billing and appointments.

My entire family sees Dr. Adam Westfall. We appreciate his honesty and ethics. I have been to dentists in the past that were constantly trying to convince me that I needed work done that I didn't always feel comfortable with or feel was even needed. Dr. Westfall gives me his medical opinion and allows me to make the decisions that are best for my family and me.

I am a transplant from Out of town. My amazing husband had been going here since he was a young man. Westfall Dental welcomed me with open arms and made me feel welcome. I could not recommend them more highly.

Westfall Dental is the best. The staff are friendly and the dentist is smart and kind. So relieved to find a dentist I know I can trust. Even after I moved, I'm still willing to drive 45 minutes each way to be with a dentist I know will do a good job and do the right thing for me.
