My family has been going here for over two years now and have NEVER missed an appointment. I scheduled a month ago to take my daughter in today for a check up. Last night, AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, they sent a text telling me they cancelled my daughter's appointment and gave it to someone else because I didn't respond to OPTIONAL texts to confirm. I have never responded to their optional, automated texts and never had an issue until now. I had made arrangements with sitters and work to take my daughter to her appointment today and to have it given away to someone else is dumbfounding. I realize we live in a technological world, but as a mature adult, I am fully capable of managing my appointments and calendar without reminders. This was so disrespectful!!! I have NEVER wasted this company's time and yet they had no issue wasting mine. I won't be giving Westerville Smiles the opportunity to do that again.

Dr. Warden is the best dentist by far that I have been treated by. I had 3 root canals and 6 crowns done and my crowns look exactly like my other teeth! Nobody can even tell the difference from my crowns and real teeth. His assistant Lexi is awesome too! She helped me pick the shade/color of my crowns and I couldn't of asked for a better match.

This office has been nothing short of life changing. These folks have gone above and beyond to help me with a very complicated case. I recommend highly!

This office is an absolute nightmare. I've been dealing with them because it's one of the only places I can find that takes my insurance. Liz at the front desk is horrendous and should be fired with the way that she speaks and treats people on the phone. If you'd like to be yelled at, definitely give them a call. I arrived at my appointment early and still waited 40 minutes, all while they called back 7 other people that had arrived after me. They finally said they were working hard to find me a room. What? Honestly laughable at that point. I have already found a new dentist and will never be back to this office again. At your own risk!

The dr is absolutely amazing as well as his staff!! I wouldn't say the same for one of the desk girls! Two are great but one in particular is not friendly at all and acts like she hates her job! She was extremely rude all three days I had to go there!! Would rather not ever have to deal with that one again.

Waited over an hour as a new patient to not be seen. Arrived early as requested. Not once did the staff check in with me informing me that they are running late. After approaching the staff I was told they were going to check how much longer it would be. When she returned she said it would only be a couple minutes. Another 15 additional minutes went by I informed her I wanted to cancel the appointment. She then said we can go ahead and reschedule. Which I declined. There is no way I can return to an office that has you sign a policy you need to arrive 15 minutes early and if you are 15 minutes late they have the right to cancel you yet they run over an hour late and don't have the decency to inform call ahead and ask if you would like to reschedule to a later date or time. Who knows how long I would've waited if I had an approach the staff. I understand things happen that are out of the staffs control however this was handled very poorly.

Cara Hawkins ~ I'm absolutely terrified of dentists,, as weird as that sounds to some.. from making my appointment, through x rays, exam, cleaning etc. I will never not go to the dentist again with them here... every single person was amazingly nice and beyond understanding of my phobia. It's amazing how 1 really good experience can wipe away yrs of fear. I highly recommend Westerville Smiles

!!!!!PSA!!!!! don't ever go here they are so unprofessional. My sister had a scheduled sedation for tooth extraction. The stick the needle in 8 location on her arm just later to tell us her veins are not showing. I'm saying it again 88888 places on her arm n hand. Why wait till the 8th number to realize there's no vein showing. The surgeon assistant first sticked in 5 needles and then the surgeon three more. Don't ever go to this clinic they are so unprofessional and they didn't even say sorry to us and left my sister with bumps on all over her hand.

Dr. Warren and his staff are phenomenal! They are so kind and caring to the patients. Both myself and my friend had emergencies this past week and they got us in immediately and treated us like family. I highly recommend Westerville Smiles

I needed fillings, they made it very clear I needed fillings & even made it seem I am neglecting myself, I heard about through the entrance to the check out. This was my first visit & seeing the CMA w/ a green hyde vape next to her was very... lets say, not pleasant. Second visit, filling time, both visits no one told me their name, what they are, and what they will be doing, I have to ask the dental assistant. They don't tell me what they are doing as they are doing it, and mind you, I have Autism so not knowing & hearing sounds that make my skin crawl causes for an anxiety attack. They let me have a break & after cleaning, the filling lady came in & she was super nice told me every step, even tried to make conversation. My two biggest critiques are please introduce yourself, what you are, & what you will be doing and continue to explain as you are doing a procedure. And please, make sure your CMA's not only are not aware of my medical needs because they are not involved with my treatment make sure they don't have their vape on the desk.

I have had nothing but issues with this place, I will not be coming back. It's been a few weeks since I last visited and realized they left a hole in one of my teeth. Never filled it, haven't been able to chew on the right side for quite some time. Didn't have any issues with my teeth before I went there. I wouldnt recommend going here, the doctor rushes through patients like an assembly line, shows up and says hello, drills your teeth and disappears leaving ok me of his many dental students to do the fillings. After they are done they do in t have the dentist come back to check their work.

Have not been able to chew food on the right side of my mouth for about a year. Was fine before my visit here. They have so many patients that I don't think they gave my situation the time I needed.

All 3 of my kids have went here for a few years. Always had a good experience until now. When rescheduling my child's appointment the girl seemed high with slurred speech and repeating herself. I rescheduled and she called me back the next day asking me what day and time did she make our appointment for. Also trying to tell me that we don't have insurance which we do and we went over this the day before. After his appointment they referred us to Children's for sedation to fill cavities. My husband took off work to take him and they couldn't do the work because Westerville Smiles never sent the X-rays, even after Children's let them know that he was in the chair and they needed them ASAP. We were sent home with no work done. I called three times and let them know what happened and that Children's still did not have the X-rays 3 weeks after his first appointment. They never apologized and said they would send them but asked me for Children's contact info. You would think they would have it but apparently not. His 2nd appointment was today and Children's had to call Westerville Smiles to get the X-rays AGAIN. He did not need sedation, they were very small cavities. This experience was a month long and has caused me to lose all trust with them knowing what they are doing. We will be looking for another dentist.

We have been going to Westerville Smiles since they have opened their doors. The Staff are Kind and ready to help you out. Dr Warden is awesome he has worked with our kids and has lead us in the right direction when it came time for fillings or needing to get a tooth pulled. But we are so impressed with the recent work he has done on my husbands mouth. He had veneers that were old and chipping off. So we decided on a good treatment plan that consisted on removing the Veneers and replacing with crowns. It wasn't an easy job. But Dr Warden and his team took their time and made sure the placement, the shape, the color and the comfort was to my husbands Specifications. We are so very pleased that Dr Warden has been able to help us and keep us on track with all our dentistry needs . Thank you so much! We have referred him to all our family and friends who are just as pleased

My 8 year old grandson has been a patient here for several years even though the dental assistants and Dr. Warden seem annoyed and impatient with children. Up until today, he was just seen for twice yearly cleanings and xrays, so I let their attitude slide. Today, he was scheduled to have a cavity filled as I agreed to on a treatment plan I signed last week. The staff had not communicated with me then that they also planned to do a tooth extraction which was news to me and not included in the treatment plan. This is the first time my grandson had ever had to have local numbing, and when he cried out in pain, Dr. Warden yelled at him that he was "being inappropriate!". His tone made me jump as well. Nothing was explained to my grandson in terms he would understand, and when the surgical tray was found not to have a mirror instrument, a staff member without gloves on handed it to the gloved assistant - so much for a sterile field. I requested his dental records and we will not be returning.

I came in for two fillings, one to replace a temporary filling from a root canal, and one on a tooth that they said needed a root canal, the endodontist said I could get away with filling it if I did it soon enough. So I asked for two fillings on those two teeth, I asked several times and they filled five teeth instead, one was the filling to replace the temporary filling, great, but they never touched the other tooth to my knowledge, but when I got home I noticed a hole in the very same tooth, THEY LEFT A HOLE IN THE OTHER TOOTH, AND DIDN'T FILL IT, SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I CAN GET IT FIXED. And worst of all of it starts to hurt I have to deal with the pain, I thought I was done with tooth pain for a while, nope. The very same day that tooth is hurting.
