I had a very good and comfortable experience with the entire team. My oral surgeon was very friendly and did a great job explaining my process to me and executed the job. Everyone was very helpful with guiding me through my process before and after procedure.

Had my bottom wisdom teeth removed. Surgery was so smooth and comfortable the only thing i was missing was a pair of sunglasses! Would recommend this Dr to anyone for oral surgery. Dr is a straight shooter no BS type of person and straight to the point.

Everyone at this office was very pleasant and professional. Everyone communicated very with each other and me as the patient. That includes the doctor as well. I would definitely recommend Western Reserve Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

They were reasonably informative of my wisdom teeth extraction. Considering I'm 37, I was not sure what to expect. I don't remember a thing. Aftercare was explained in great detail with take home instructions. No complaints... I'd recommend if ever asked!

Everyone is very friendly, they put me at ease and explained everything before my surgery. Surgery prep was fast and reassuring. Everything went great! They checked in with me later in the day of my surgery. My follow up went the same way, questions were answered and again, they are all so nice! I highly recommend them!

Awesome. Walked me through the process of wisdom teeth removal. The staff was so nice, and they all listened to my personal preferences and accommodated me. Also, with insurance the price was so reasonable. I wish all dentists showed the compassion and professionalism as thile staff at Western Reserve. Thank you so much!

I was referred to Dr. Frazee by my dentist for a tooth extraction. His office got me in very quickly and thoroughly went through the process with me. Since I had received radiation treatments he also contacted my radiation oncologist to know if there was any possible risk. After receiving the information my procedure was scheduled and completed without any problems. A follow up appointment was then scheduled and completed. If you can describe pulling a tooth as an enjoyable experience, this would be the time. The entire staff made this experience a very positive one. I Highly recommend Dr Frazee.

There is some waiting in the waiting room, but once you're in the exam room everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Everyone is friendly and professional.
