Dr. Sam was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario in Canada. After high school he completed his undergraduate degree in Biology and graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and was presented with the Russell W. Bunting Periodontal Society award.
He decided he wanted to experience warmer weather and started his dental career in Dallas, Texas after graduating. While there he pursued countless hours in continuing education courses to make sure he can provide the best care for his patients in the most efficient, gentle, and painless method possible.
After living in Texas for numerous years, him and his wife decided they wanted to live closer to family and moved to North Carolina. Dr. Sam believes in educating all his patients about their dental treatment options and answering all their questions. He wants patients to feel comfortable with their dental home.

Honestly the best experience. I am so grateful for the time, understanding, and connection that I experienced while at the office. Trish is amazing and a truly warm and caring person. Dr. Sam's pretty great as well....Thank you for taking care of me and my family's dental health...always in great hands!

Dr. Sam and the whole staff were friendly and efficient. The entire process from entering to leaving was streamlined and non-traumatic. I highly recommend them. My only complaint would be that the office is in a back corner. They deserve front and center for their excellence.

Dr. Harris is an excellent dentist! She is friendly, gentle, and explains things so well. Her staff is kind and I never have to wait more than a couple minutes for my appointment. They are THE BEST!!

My family has used Dr. Harris ever since she came to the community. We love her and all of her staff. Harris Dental Practice in Rutherford College is amazing!! The professional treatment and family atmosphere are above all others in my experience with other practices!! Highly recommend with a 5 star rating for everyone you love! My daughter suggested it to em and my husband Nd NOW I have recommended it to my mother! She was very pleased with the practice as well!!
