Are missing teeth holding you back from living a confident lifestyle? If tooth loss is hindering you in social situations, limiting your diet, or impacting your appearance, finding a reliable replacement solution should be your primary goal. And when it comes to your smile and mouth, choosing the longest lasting and most natural-looking solution will mean all the difference. Dental implants are considered the gold standard solution for tooth replacement due to their natural look and function, health benefits and longevity. When placed by our expert oral surgeons and properly cared for, your dental implants can last you the rest of your life and give you a beautiful, functional smile again.

Dental implants are composed of three parts; the implant post, the abutment, and the dental crown. The implant post is surgically placed into your jawbone and fuses with the bone through a process called osseointegration. Once the implant has fused with your bone, it acts just like a natural tooth root, inspiring healthy bone growth. The abutment is attached to the implant post and connects the post in the bone to the dental crown above the gumline. Finally, the crown is created to look, feel and function just like your surrounding teeth. Youll be able to chew and bite with confidence and most people will never know you even have a replacement tooth.

I recently visited Western Pennsylvania Oral to get teeth extracted the extraction went well. I didn't have complications until after. I had five teeth removed under anesthesia and was given discharge information on how to care for my pain however the doctor never sent over the script to my pharmacy for the pain meds he wanted me to take. I called the office several times for several days and it wasn't until four days later that they sent my script over after the receptionist told me "that my pain should have subsided by now, but she'll talk to the doctor", the experience was very nerve-racking and I was made to feel as if my pain was not real after getting so many teeth removed. I would not recommend to anyone!

Horrible. No Q-tip numbing despite my fear of needles. Rough extractions. Swelled, black & blue. Severe pain 8 days later. Never again.

I came here for to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I got a consultation in relatively soon and then my surgery appointment was only two weeks out. Could've been earlier but I needed a Friday. They were clear with pricing and instructions and were nice people all around. The dentist who did my extraction was very quick and efficient (I don't remember of course) but based on how long it took compared to what I had heard the length would be, they got me in and out. I would recommend them for wisdom teeth extraction for sure.

Makes you sit there for over an hour for a 5 minute consultation... everybody in there was complaining about the long wait! Terrible

Horrible customer service. They knew what insurance I had before coming to the appointment. I paid $50 and wasted 2 hours of our time for them to say that they don't take United healthcare. That's just poor business.

I brought my 17 year old son here to have all 4 of his impacted wisdom teeth surgically removed today. His initial consultation went well. The prior authorization through his insurance was approved in less than 24 hours

I just got all 4 impacted wisdom teeth out 2 days ago.. I've never had surgery or been put to sleep, so my anxiety was very high. I put this procedure off for 2 years, but it was the easiest thing! This office made me feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend

The surgery was okay but when I asked for an antibiotic, because I usually get infections right after an extraction regardless of how clean I keep my mouth afterwards(I learned this from my wisdom teeth), I was given attitude by the dental assistants (the surgeon did not stick around long enough for me to ask). They wanted to prescribe me narcotics for possible pain, that was fine, but the antibiotics that I knew would be necessary and are usually standard? No dice. When I called days later for an antibiotic because of a persistent bad taste in my mouth, I was given MORE attitude. They insisted it wasnt possible after only a few days, they wanted me to make another appointment. I work a lot and simply do not have time for that, nor do I have the gas money to get there after paying for the extraction out of pocket. This was after waiting MONTHS to get that extraction. I do not recommend them. I will be telling everyone I know to find a different oral surgeon. I will be posting this on social media Medical professionals need to learn to LISTEN to their patients, yes, even female ones.

The worst... I called the office to double check the time my daughter and I were supposed to be at their office for her oral surgery. I was told they had cancelled her appointment the same day before 1pm...I called at 1:30. My daughter was/is in pain and I had already called off work for the rest of the week. I begged them to please see her. I also asked if they had already given the appointment time to someone else because Atleast I would understand why they could not help. However, that was not the case either, it was just "their policy" to cancel appointments not "confirmed" by 1 pm. So my daughter is still in pain and I'm out of a paycheck for the rest of the week. I still just can't understand why an office would cancel a legit appt that was made and agreed to weeks before. With no call to let us know it was canceled either. Absolutely blows my mind. My kids need work but I refuse to contribute financially to that doctor or their practice ever again. I also urge everyone else to beware of them and their lackadaisical "office policies"... and I can not believe a dental surgeon writes such snarky comments in return to his unhappy patients! Maybe it's the doctor with the problems and not everyone else!

I cannot recommend this practice enough! I had 2 extractions & a bone graft from Dr. Humburger about a week ago. I had been putting this off for over a year due to my extreme fear of anything dental..I arrived super nervous and tried to leave multiple times so I'm sure I was prob a little difficult but didn't mean to be...I was just THAT scared. The nurse Holly was absolutely amazing, and the anesthetist (which I forget her name) was awesome as well. They both were so patient & obviously highly skilled at what they do. I can even say now that I am looking forward to returning & getting my implant done, which is crazy for me to even say that! They are the best & I would 100000 % recommend them to anyone that needs this type of dental work done. Thank you all so much for your time & patience, it was greatly appreciated!!

First off I've been waiting for them to contact me about my surgery for over a month so I finally got irritated and called. The first woman that was on the phone told me I was spelling my name incorrectly when she was spelling it incorrectly and I had repeated it to her at least five or six times. Then when I asked to speak to someone else because I didn't want to get rude with her, the woman they put on the phone told me I had a clearance and it took over a month to get it and then when she opened my chart told me that I didn't have the clearance. So she's giving me false information without even looking at my chart. I don't care if I'm on State Insurance this is not acceptable. They're telling me I need to find another doctor because I told the woman she should not give people information especially when she hasn't even opened the chart.

I had a cracked tooth, which caused my face to swell. I needed an implant with grafting as soon as possible. My initial consultation was informative, but lacked follow-up. So I had to call them back and an appointment was scheduled approximately 3 months later! No compassion or fast service here. Then, about 1 month before the appointment, they wanted paid for half of the appointment in advance. I offered to pay in full at the appointment, but that was unacceptable. You are better off going somewhere else.

I had a wisdom tooth removed almost a week ago and the staff and Dr. Krakora were wonderful. I have never went in for anything dental or surgical before so it was pretty stressful and anxiety ridden for me, but they made me feel 100% comfortable! They even followed up with me post operation to make sure all was well and all questions I could possibly have could be answered. I highly recommend this office!! If I ever need dental work in the near future I will definitely be returning here.

Dr Krakora and his assistant did an excellent job with my tooth implant. The whole experience including healing time was much faster and pleasant than I thought it would be. Staff was great, they give you information and do what they can to make it successful.

Definitely recommend, Dr. Krakora is great. I got my wisdom teeth out and they were so kind and helpful during and after. Hopefully I won't need oral surgery again but if I did I would absolutely go back.
