Very good, very professional. I really hated to go to the dentist since I was a child but don't mind going now.

This is the first time EVER in my life where I was comfortable and walked out after getting a crown with no pain! The dental assistant is so knowledgeable and funny that I actually look forward going to the dentist and that's never happened before! Customer for life!

Friendly staff and they talk to you about how much treatments are going to cost based on your insurance.

I have had multiple cleanings scheduled here months in advance and each time day of/hours before they cancel my appt because the hygenist called in.... I understand emergencies but this has happened multiple times at this location only. The front desk is less than helpful in these situations too which makes the situation worse. Booking the next appointment a month out instead of trying to squeeze you in within a week or make an accommodation for them cancelling last minute. If this is a common uccurnace (again this has happened to multiple times already) they probably should have an on-call hygenist or be more willing and apologetic to their clients. Instead of an "I don't know what you want me to say" attitude. People take off of work or schedule around work to make these appoitnments. I will not go to this location again even though the dentist's are nice.

Just called for an appointment, the person who answered the phone had a great voice, was very professional, obviously well trained. Unfortunately they dictate to new patients how the experience is going to go - they do not allow the new customer to pay for a basic cleaning, decide how they feel about the practice and then choose whether they wish to become a repeat customer and return to pay for more expensive services. I'm sure they'll claim some BS about safety. Oh well. There is a good chance I'll need significant services over the next few decades - I guess they have enough paying customers. Despite what happened above - a few weeks later I went there anyway due to convenience and timing - here is what I said ... I don't believe in forcing someone to have x-rays on their first visit if they do not want them - I don't care what safety concerns you have, make the patient sign a waiver if there are true safety concerns you can prove exist. At the first appointment you should be attempting to earn the customer's business in to the future - not dictating terms to them. This is why most people today see dentistry as a necessary evil and a modern 'racket'. You're more likely to retain a new patient when YOU have the incentive to impress them with great service and professional skill. That's my opinion - I believe it's fact - take it as you will. Completely separate from those principles, Jaime is a credit to the organization, I was very pleased with her knowledge and skill. Thank you. Despite not being happy with the policies, I increased my rating from One star to Four.

I had a root canal done on 6/9/18, and the work was fine. The problem began afterward, when the amount I owed changed and I was never informed by the secretary at the counter that this could happen. I was given a bill for over $200 after the fact, informed that a procedure done during the root canal turned out to not be covered by insurance, and the original price quoted to me was now different. Apparently, secretaries are supposed to tell patients that there may be something that isn't covered by insurance after submission, though I was never told this. This lack of communication is disheartening, especially since I chose to drive from my home in Webster to Greece; I probably pass a half dozen dentist offices on the way, and can easily take my business elsewhere. Some education needs to be done to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else.

The ladies at the front desk are super friendly, informative and knowledgeable. It was a much better experience than I expected. The best part is it doesn't smell like a dentist office, at all.

Office staff and hygienist were very friendly and accommodating. Hygienist was very knowledgeable on current standard and alternative practices as well upfront about about pricing on additional services but only if you asked - there was no pressure to upgrade any services. I called on Monday and was seen on Tuesday. I subsequently made appointments for the rest of my family. The dentist exam was quick yet thorough. In and out time was very reasonable. Excellent experience overall.
