Takes 3 to 5 appointments to just get simple work done. Getting a call back is a miracle. Done with these offices.

Had an amalgam filling replaced by Dr. Donohue, and expected precautions to be taken so that I did not ingest any of the mercury-laden particles that were created from drilling/removal process, as a previous dentist had done. Absolutely no effort was made to prevent this, with mercury-laden particles mixed with water was allowed to accumulate in my throat, which I had no option but to swallow. Incompetent and arrogant technician made no effort to suction this poison out, but was more interested in discussing golfing and office party plans with dentist while performing this filling replacement. Dentist even joked "A little lead never hurt anyone!", apparently thinking he was being cute, while actually showing his unprofessional manner and uncaring attitude. Beware of this place and these people.

I love Dr. Wylie and his staff. They are always so kind and professional. Dr. Wylie is so knowledgeable and he helped with my TMJ pain and CRPS when no one else was able to. This is my favorite dentist office that I have been to. Highly recommend them.

Highly unprofessional got hung up on without a call back several times and have experiance "office is now closed" recordings for entire days when they are in fact open. After seeing all the reviews about over pricing and bad attitudes from other staff I would not recommend, especially since they're other practices very close by.

I love Dr. Wylie and his staff. They are always so kind and professional. Dr. Wylie is so knowledgeable and he helped with my TMJ pain and CRPS when no one else was able to. This is my favorite dentist office that I have been to. Highly recommend them.

Kayla is a terrific dental hygienist. She is personable, caring and professional. In addition, I also have been treated in the past by Rachel Ducey, DDS, for some cosmetic issues with excellent results. As a senior citizen who has had multiple dental hygienists and dentists over the years, I am extremely pleased with all the services provided by Western New York Dental and have recommended them to several other people including my brother-in-law who is now a WNY Dental patient. Initially very kind and professional. However, stated would reach out with a payment plan that would work for the issues i had along with making appointment. After looking further, I was overcharged and never contacted about my five broken teeth or one that needed removal for other issues. In excruciating pain I was told don't cry we will fix this. And never heard from them again. Three months later I reach out and am denied yet again service at this place. First my insurance wouldn't cover it all and now they don't take what I have even though they would absolutely get paid. I'd honestly suggest someplace with more honest caring staff. This place cares about your money not your mouth or your pain.

Dr. Aquino was amazing but he's gone now. Dr. Ducey is there now and my partner and I both agree she is an absolute brute. Very rough and leaves you in pain. The last 2 times I went in I could tell she was rushing me out of the chair and she had a bit of an attitude. Glad we don't go there anymore.

I had severe pain from what I thought was a tooth on a Friday. I called around, and WNY Dental-Tonawanda was able to squeeze me in-between other appointments (my normal dentist isn't open on Friday). They were wonderfully kind, made sure I got the care I needed. The tech and dentist were both professional, nice, and figured it was a sinus issue instead of a dental issue. I treated the sinus issue and, voila, my pain was gone! Thank you so much for getting me in with such short notice!

Dr. Ducey did my root canal this morning and was excellent. She was very gentle and explained step by step what she was doing. I am not a fan of dentists but if i have to go to one, i want it to be her!!

Dr Wylie is one of the worst Doctor I have ever experienced! On 6/20/19 went in for a TMJ evaluation Not only was he rude to me and very unfriendly, he did some testing that has ruined my life! He did a bite adjustment to my jaw that has me grounded at home with severe headaches, jaw pain, neck and back pain, and stress, depression, and anxiety! Also taking me out of work, and numerous medical expenses reaching out to other Doctors, Dentists, and Emergency Room visits! He also told me I didn't have TMJ but recently been diagnosed with it from another TMJ specialist That Dentist told me that could have been the cause of my issues, and that was "old school" method, so beware of his practices if you see him for this disorder!

I had 2 teeth extracted and the dentist was wonderful! My pain was minimal and manageable with Motrin. Thank you
