I don't leave bad reviews, or any reviews really. Trust me, I work in an ER and we've seen the reviews of the ER and some are ridiculous but I am so angry and frustrated with the entire situation and WNY Dental. I had a baby right after I had an emergency dental appointment, literally weeks after. I got one statement saying I owed nothing 3 months (so dental wasn't even on my mind) after my appointment. A few weeks later I got another statement that said I owed around 370 dollars due to a lapse in dental insurance (I had started a new job a few months prior) that I did not know about. Time had gotten away from me and I forgot about the statement due to...a newborn baby. The third statement sent a couple weeks after that told me they were sending my bill to collections if I didn't pay in full immediately. I called billing and was completely dismissed when I asked if I could talk to someone about a payment plan before they sent my bill to collections. I also asked to speak to a manager. Reception said no and didn't let me finish my sentence before they hung up. I paid what I could but I was not offered any type of payment plan which I 100% could have used to pay them. I have NEVER missed a payment for anything, rentals, car, student loans. Ever. I had an 803 credit score until now. I'm still attempting to make payments to them but I can't even tell if they've gone through because of the website and honestly not knowing whether I had been sent to collections. There's no email either and clearly I was dismissed on the phone when I tried talking to someone before. Absolute nightmare, like anyone has 375 dollars lying around, especially after having a baby and making 160 dollars a week on disability because of maternity leave. Which, I tried explaining to them but couldn't get a full sentence out without essentially being told good luck. I've gone to WNY dental for more than 10 years and I've now been kicked out because of confusion and life changes. Don't go to this dentist if there's ANY chance you'll find yourself in a hard spot financially. Zero compassion or understanding.

I've had many issues with this office and only been there twice. My first visit was in March 2022. I had my annual cleaning scheduled in September and it was cancelled/rescheduled until March 2023. I also had fillings scheduled last week and for whatever reason, was set up with a different dentist, Dr. Fallon. Definitely the worst experience I've had with any healthcare provider. She was rude, abrasive, and I actually felt so uncomfortable with the way she was speaking to me and the fact that she was giving me completely different information than I received last visit, that I didn't get the work done . I wouldn't recommend this office, or at least see a dentist aside from Dr. Fallon.

Very disrespectful! They canceled appointment and would not schedule me in for 6 months! And then the secretary was rude and said it wasn't her problem. Needless to say I have switched dentists.

If you ever have to cancel an appointment, expect to not be able to come back for 6-9 months. Left this practice after that. It's a factory. Lost myself and 3 children as patients. However, I know they could care less because they are squeezing thousands in.

Today I had a root canal (not at this office). I had trouble with a tooth after a filling done by Dr. Valle. When I made an appointment the office then called to cancel it, told me to call back and then the dentist refused to see me. First time patient of this office and NEVER going back. And already found a much better dentist office.

Called to cancel my children and my cleaning appointment 24hrs before the appointment as we are moving out of state and I am being charged $200. No one seems to care that we called to cancel in advance. Guess covid hit them hard and they want to take people's money.

This place is not interested in helping patients, they're interested in billing you. I have had a number of dental providers in the past, this one is by far the most predatory. They did not properly check my insurance before I was seen. Before I knew it I had a $200 bill for cleaning and xrays (which is fine) , and a $450 bill for a 5 minute consultation I had for an implant. The charges are extremely unfair and over priced for the mediocre level of services that they provide. By the way, I was quoted over $6K for implant services. I went to Aesthetic Associates of WNY and paid half of that. The pricing at this place is astronomically higher than the usual and customary rates. On top of that, The doctor who gave me the quote was extremely disingenuous and not helpful. In fact, he had a smirk on his face and seemed to be amused by the bad situation I was in. Do not go here if you're a young person, elderly, a low income individual, or someone who needs major dental work. They will prey on you. They won't check your insurance or verify your network status. They will offer you over priced services done by inexperienced, bottom of the barrel providers. They will charge you $400 to speak to a dentist for 5 minutes and gladly send you to collections. I highly recommend anyone with legitimate dental issues to seek services elsewhere. All of these good reviews seem to be from people who have not researched dental providers, family people, and those who had emergencies. This place is a disgrace, and they should be ashamed with how they handle their patients.

My hygienist Nicole T. was so kind, knowledgeable and gentle. She made going to the dentist a fun trip. The dentist gave me a thorough exam and was also very friendly. A definite return is in order when I'm due.

Pam at the front desk for Ortho was always so sweet! Other than that I have nothing good to say. My sons treatment was supposed to take 23 months, here we are 60 plus months later and the braces are finally off, only after I told them they were not treating him anymore regardless if they thought his treatment was done. I would ask what's holding them up and all they would say is "oh his teeth are just moving slowly" or "just another month or so". Would not recommend this place at all!

I went to WNY Dental in May to have my yearly cleaning and checkup. My first issue with this office was during the cleaning. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did it with such force that my mouth and gums were sore after leaving the appointment. My second issue with this location is that the wanted to replace fillings that were not necessary. At the appointment I was told there were 6 or 7 fillings that needed to be replaced (two of which had just been replaced the year prior. I had my first appointment where they replaced 4 fillings, and then had excruciating pain in one of the teeth that was replaced which I did not have prior to getting the filling replaced. I ended up cancelling my second appointment for the other 3 teeth that needed to be replaced because my experience with the first round of dental work was so terrible, and I had experienced pain unlike any I had ever had after receiving a filling. I ended up getting a second opinion from another dentist on 11/29 and she confirmed that of the 3 remaining fillings that I was told needed to be replaced, only 1 was necessary. I would not recommend this office or location. They tried to get me to pay for dental work I did not need and did not conduct themselves in a professional manner while having the work done.

DON'T GO HERE They used to be great but the past few times the staff has been very rude and judgemental. I couldn't start my car and alerted them I'd be 15 minutes late and was told they could accommodate. Then they call me when I'm 1 minute away acting all put out to tell me they won't see me! Find an office that isn't full of rude incompetence. Xoxo <3

Dr. Fallon is a really professional, kind person, pulled all 4 wisdom teeth no problem. The staff is super friendly and professional as well and very supportive. If I needed oral surgery again I would without hesitation use his practice again.
