Will never go back. Was brought back 15 minutes late for my appointment. They did not properly clean or get all of the plaque off of my bilingual bar top and bottom. There was still build up in the front of my bottom row of teeth. They still submitted to the insurance and took the money. They also charged me additional $ for a "doctors exam" so he literally looked at my teeth and said I was good to go. I got home and looked myself and still saw all of my build up of plaque. Dirty business.

Have been going to Western NY DENTAL GROUP FOR AT LEAST 8 YEARS.I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARE THEY GIVE ME. I AM ALSO A FORMER DENTAL ASSISTNT.

Amazing practice. Everyone from the staff at the desk when you walk in all the way up through the practitioners themselves go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your visit. Dr. Bacchetta Is great and very personable and it shows as the people under him are just as great. I have a bad prior history with the dentist and WNY Dental was very supportive and helped ease a whole lot of anxiety around it when I was at the appointment. Great job. 03/02/2022 Follow up, just had another filling appointment, this time Shekeila (my spelling is terrible so my apologies if I butchered that) joined Dr B for my fillings. And, shocker, she was just as fantastic as the rest of the staff and just like Becky the first time, Shekeila expertly assisted Dr B and as a result, they rocked out 3 fillings in less than an hour and I didn't feel a thing! Today's appointment solidifies this. Dr B and his entire staff are great and you cannot go wrong by choosing this practice for your dental care. Top notch, way to go. 11/10

I'm a patient of your Henrietta facility. I'm not happy with your administration because of the following: I had endodontist appointment on 6/3/2017 in Henrietta, NY which you cancelled as the doctor was not available and gave me another appoint on 6/17/2017 at 1:30pm. Then you called me at 1:00pm to let me know that I have to go to your facility in Greece, NY which was not convenient to me. So I asked for yet another appointment which the secretary said is only available at Greece facility. Going to a facility other than my regular facility is inconvenient to me. This leads me to considering switching my dental service to another facility.

I have been coming to the Dental Associates since 1997, I have been very satisfied with them for all these years. I also have my wife come to the WNYDG for her dental needs.

I love going to my hygienist, Xiaomin! She's the best. My mouth always feels extra clean, and she makes me laugh so hard every time. She has such a great attitude and really puts a lot of care into her work. The dentist is also great. He also loves making patients laugh. Everyone is so cheerful here!

A few of the staff were really sweet, and I know things are difficult because of the pandemic. Still, I felt really ignored by the administrative staff, and they kept cancelling appointments. Once they turned me & my kiddos away at the door even though I'd made the 2 appts, at the same time, in person over a week before with the knowledge that they are minors. Then I had to schedule with a different office for a root canal but they received the wrong info & when I went to schedule it, the endodontists office kept telling me I had already had a root canal on that tooth like I must not have noticed? Then I had to make more phone calls to eventually get it straightened out that no, I had NOT previously had a root canal on the tooth in question. Between the uncaring attitude of some of the staff, the errors, & having to schedule for multiple locations for a root canal, I just can't justify going there, even if the some of the employees were really kind and knowledgeable/professional.

Overall the service was bad and I left this place for good. 1) not trasparent with price. I signed for a treatment plan, but I found it increased of 30% without authorization. And I had to pay. 2) too slow and not precise. I went for 5 appointments to complete a root canal and crown, as the size of the crown was wrong for 3 times. 3) no empathy. The secretaries are without empathy...difficult to work with...like if they're doing a favor to the customer.

I have a different hygienist almost every time I visit this office. All of them have done a good job and have rigorously conformed to COVID policies. I usually get a quick 2 minute inspection from a dentist while I'm there; it's not sufficiently memorable that I even remember the name of "my" dentist. I've been fortunate enough to have never had serious dental trouble. Given that, this level of care is quite sufficient for me. It's not, however, like the good old days when Dr. Carroll was my dentist, period, end of story.

Friendly staff. Top notch care. My dentist is Dr. Elizabeth Wierchowski. She cares about her patients and is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her, hands down, no questions! The hygienists are excellent too.

Amazing. Both the hygienist and the dentist I have worked with have been amazing. I have a fear of dentist and both were very patient with me and walked me thru the procedure and each of the steps.
