Called repeatedly for assistance with a cracked tooth that needed immediate dental attention. The staff was unhelpful to say the least. Actually said "Have a great day!" after I called to cancel my appointment because I found someone else to see me immediately (today) and professionally. Awful customer service from the front staff!! They really need to remove any mention of "emergency dental services" from their website!

My first time at this office. The hygienist, Jillian, was not good at all. Leaned very heavily on my chest/breast while doing a cleaning. Nearly drowned my with the water, then got upset that I was coughing, choking. I also see a Periodontist and experience less pain and a much caring and enjoyable experience at that office. My gum number measurements were also very significantly different than those at the Periodontist. Sorry, I trust my Periodontist rather than this office. My return is very questionable.

I go to the Hamburg office, and everyone there is skilled and friendly, including all office staff, Diana my hygienist and Dr. Crossetta my dentist.

My wife and I were very upset (her to the point of tears) that they would not let me stay for her extractions, even after repeatedly stating she was NOT ok with this. Was told it was "policy" and that no dentist would be ok with it. Talked to several offices afterward and all were fine with me staying with my wife. Absolutely will not return and will not recommend.

Everyone is wonderful. They care for you as if you are family. They are concerned about your physical, emotional and financial health. Makes going to the dentist office a great experience.

Was in the process of switching Dentist. Had a dental emergency. Dr. Gailey took me on as a new patient the very next day. I can't say enough about the time and care he gave me! I am so grateful. The whole office is friendly and professional. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend.

Excellent practice all the way around. Dr Crosetta is wonderful, and his assistant Samantha is very friendly and explains everything to you. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental work. Thank you for the outstanding service you all give.

My previous dentist had pretty much destroyed my teeth with incomplete root canals. All my teeth hurt and were heat and cold sensitive. Dr. Crossetta listened to me about my dental history and said that he could fix my teeth. He started with the current abscessed root canal, which he opened up and found the previous dentist missed one of the canals. He was able to save the tooth. Unfortunately, this process of a root canal, abscessed tooth happened three prior time and that dentist blamed is on a "possible cracked root" and the teeth were pulled. I wish I had seen Dr. Crossetta soon and saved a lot of pain, loss of 3 teeth and a lot of money! In a few short years he has my teeth feeling amazing! Thank you to the entire team....you are all amazing!

Billing department scam. I don't know whether their billing department absolutely incompetent, or they are just scammers. I have two insurances, and the secondary one covers everything 100%. These morons keep sending me bill without submitting it to my secondary insurance. Spoke with them a month ago, and what have I received in the mail? The same bill. Will be reporting them for fraud.

My hygienist was amazing!! She explained everything before she did it, and also explained why. It was also very clear as to what my insurance would pay for, and what was out of pocket. A nice change from the last place that tried to take me to cleaners on the bill.

I am so glad I came here! I went to a different dentist recently who told me i NEED $10,000 in dental work to save my teeth! nope after seeing the hygenist Jody and then the doctor, I was told I just need to sleep with a $40 mouth guard in. I am so glad I came here for a second opinion and will be switching my care to this dentist office only.

I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. I had a toothache and had only made the appointment the day before. The dentist looked at my mouth and asked quesitons and then took an x-ray. He explained what he saw and made a recommnedation which did not inlcude repair. I was given a perscription and a follow up appointment was made in case the diagnosis was not correct. The diagnosis was correct and the problem was solved withtout have to drill or repair a tooth. Nice dealing with professionals.
