I have bad anxiety when it comes to anything dental. The staff are great and my hygienist Ashley Clark does awesome . Thanks for making feel comfortable

WNYD is very family oriented, and has a friendly environment! My children love it here, and their never afraid to go to the dentist:-)!

My wife had an appointment with Dr. Tomiuk this morning. She can't say enough good things about his attention, care and efficiency. Veronica, his assistant was equally as nice. They are a credit to your facility.

I liked Western New York dental. They are very accommodating and I do like having the same hygienist each time I go. The staff is always very nice.

I have been a patient since it was Dental Associated; now 34 years. I have gone through several hygienist throughout the years but I truly like Pam C. She's knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and personable. She's truly an asset there. The Doctors have always been great and pleasant. I highly recommend WYNDG-Greece.

The appointments are on time and if you get there early, there is a chance they may take you right away. I felt very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and professional. I have been with them on and off for at least 7 to 10 years...

Western New York Dental Group - Greece is always professional, very courteous, and I'm never kept waiting when I arrive for an appointment. I also appreciate that staff takes time to answer my questions.

Unprofessional. I have appt tomorrow at 11:40 am they want to change to 10:00 because she needs to take care her family. She said her priority is family. I resquest time off at work. Now i am missing hours. They work in their time. Very unprofessional staff.

******BE AWARE****** I've been going to wny dental for over 20 years and in the last 6 months I've had nothing but issues . I saw two different doctors In regards to a tooth That had cracked causing me discomfort . One doctor said I needed to have a crown . She then proceed to asked me if I had ever had a filling done on that tooth . I said you guys have all my records since I was a kid so you should know that . She said if it was over a certain amount of time the records are on paper and not in their system I then referred her to my X-ray that was on the screen and said well if you look at the tooth in the x ray it's not glowing white so I'm gonna say the answer is no . I then told her that I really couldn't not afford The crown right before Christmas and ask if we could just do a filling in the mean time . Her response was I'll give you a 20% discount if you get the crown . I Never knew a dentist could negotiate prices . Not feeling to confident in her answers . I asked the front counter if I could get a second opinion on the tooth . They said they would talk to the other doctor and call me back . No one bother to call me back I then went back in the office to talk to the manager. According to the manager the other doctor did not really want to give me a second opinion since I had switch from him to a new dentist . After a few days the office manager finally was able to convince the other dentist to look at my tooth he proceeds to tell me that I need a route canal not a crown . He seemed very confident in his answer so I trusted him , I then set up an appointment to do a route canal . Almost two weeks later I went in for my route canal . It was a different dentist who preformed the route canal. He mentioned to me that usually they would not preform a route canal on a molar they would just pulled the tooth . My response back to him was you can't pull the tooth because you would be able to see it when I smile . He then asked me to smile and said you can kind of see it . But said he would still do the route canal. After being numb for over 5 hours I stated feeling around in my mouth and noticed they did a route canal on a tooth I was never even complaining about . I was in complete shock . The original doctor told me it was tooth #18 but after looking at images online, it was actually tooth # 20 . Not thinking I needed to look on line to confirm the tooth # because I'm at a dentist office thinking you could trust them . Well you can't !!!! Come Monday I walked in to the office and demand answers the manager said she would look into it and let me know , I have waited almost a week and still no response . I've been calling every day and leaving messages no response . I've even called different locations to talk to different managers and still no response . I also asked for my records and surprisingly they wont hand them over . I truly believe they know they are at fault and are trying to change my records so it doesn't come back to them . This dentist office is a joke !!!! Do not waists your time breath or energy!

I don't reccomended this for children. If there was an ootion for no stars that's what I would give this place. If you don't go along with Every Single recommendation they make, they treat you like a horrible parent. The dentist can barely take care of simple cavities for kids. They up charge nitrous oxide to $200 (when it works). I tried to express my concerns and the disrespect from the hygenist to the "office manager". She immediately took the side of the staff. The most disrespectful, unprofessional, judgmental people I've ever had to deal with. Don't take your kids here! Adult dentistry is better than the pediatric but only when they get organized. You have to do a seperate consultation for Every Dentist you see!!

I moved to Albany NY almost 2 years ago and chose to continue seeing these doctors in Rochester. They are the best I've ever had. They coordinate my appointments for when I will be visiting almost every time I need an appointment. Dr Sealey has done 3 root canals and I've fallen asleep during 2 of them. That never happens given my terror of dentistry. Both Drs. Sealey make me feel comfortable, are patient with my anxiety and a lot of times make me laugh through my nervousness. I cannot say enough about both of them and their wonderful staff. I tell everyone I know in Rochester about them and how awesome they are. Thank you Dr Mr and Dr Mrs S!!
