Called at 1:30 on a Friday. Office hours are until 4p. Got a message that the office is currently closed. Such customer service.

Wow. Pathetic. Another dental practice that I've never been to and never will. My dentist retired and i guess the new woke dental care is all about money and miserable treatment. Ill keep looking. You better start paying attention to your negative reviews they mean a hell of a lot more than your 5 stars as the 5 stars are more than likely created internally. We the people are sooo screwed.

After scheduling online and leaving work to drive ti Greece I was told that they dont accept my insurance after they accepted it online. Secretary had an attitude when I explained to her that I used their service before with no issue and their website didnt deny my insurance. So now I wasted my time and had to deal with a attitude, mind you I'm the one who wasted my gas and time.

Went in with a lot of anxiety that was quickly addressed by the staff. Every person on my care team was extremely friendly, comforting and patient. The doctor took as much time as I needed to answer my questions and explain everything that was going to be happening. Such an amazing experience and I highly recommend!

Unprofessional, incompetent staff. Their hygienists only use the place to gain experience and then move on to a better location. The dentists are retired from other places, and do not keep up with modern procedures. The staff is clueless about office procedures, cannot maintain proper records. Select a different dental practice to receive professional, competent care. My family were patients there for over 2 years and became so turned off by their poor service that we changed dentists. Save yourself from poor, unprofessional care and go to a better dental office. (Proof of their incompetence - they can't even find a record of my family being patients there!)

Ive had major dental work done and I'm please with Dr Enterline and my dental surgeon Dr Burchfield. I was a nervous wreck and Dr Burchfield explained everything to me and put me at ease. dr Enterline has been great helping me with my dentures. The hygienists have been awesome with my cleaning what few teeth I have left and explaining how to care for my dentures. Thanks everyone.

STAFF IS GREAT.. FOLLOW ALL HEALTH PROTECAL. ALWAYS FEEL COMFORTABLE AND COMPLETELY SATISFIED.. YOUR COMFORT LEVEL IS ALSO THEIR PRIORITY.. GREAT TEAM . WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Had an appt for mid-week, they call me monday to confirm the appt & I confirm over the phone. They call me the next day saying "we've been trying to reach you the doctor is out all next week and no appointments available for another 2 months". What a joke
