No complaints about the dental care, but not folks I want to do business with. I consistent arrived on time for appointments and had to wait, and many of the staff gave me the impression that they don't like working there. Beyond that, god forbid there's a mixup in your billing address. They'll turn you over to a collection agency in a heartbeat and refuse to provide further treatment.

Saw Dr. Katz this morning and he was extremely rude. He acted like I was an imposition coming in for an unexpected dental issue. He also didn't offer any helpful insight as to the cause of the issue or its resolution. I'll be looking for a new practice where the overpaid dentists aren't so abrasive and condescending.

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr Littman. I got a new set of dentures on top and my first set of partials on the bottom she was very friendly and explained everything well. I highly recommend her and her assistant marykay was the best she was by far my favorite. Absolutely love her . Western new york dental ROCKS.

I was told my x ray was covered by my insurance at registration. And then I had to pay for the x ray later on. Tried to talk to the manager but never got a hold of. Had to pay the bill in full plus collecting fee. That was several years ago. Horrible experience that I would never forget. Stay away.

I was seen at my appointment time. Everyone was friendly and professional. COVID precautions were taken and I felt safe. No cavities. Works for me!

Hygienist was awesome it was the best cleaning I've had at a dentist - minimal discomfort (my fault for waiting so long to come in) and she was very thorough explaining what she was doing. For once I'm not dreading my next appt in six months.

I have gone to many dentists over the years and have found that no one compares to a team at WNY Dental Group, Dr. Katz and hygienist Nancy Hirsch. No challenge is too great for Dr. Katz and his very capable assistants Roseanne and Tammy. They are welcoming, ready for anything I may bring to them, and thorough. Nancy Hirsch remembers all previous cleaning and imaging procedures. Yet she does a complete medical history and, during cleaning, suggests better ways to care for my teeth.

Went in for a filling replacement. after a long wait (the assistant said "I'll tell him you have somewhere to be so he'll hurry up" not to mention the filling he replaced it with has a rough and sharp edge that I'll need YET ANOTHER appointment to fix if I don't cut my tongue in the meantime) I asked the dentist if I had other cavities. He said he saw one but I'd have to make a cleaning appointment to "officially" diagnose it. I made a cleaning appointment. At the cleaning appointment (with x-rays) I was told "none of the dentists are here today, you'll have to make another appointment to be looked at, and then another one to get the cavity filled." Yeah how about just fax my info to someone else thanks. If you enjoy being strung along for as many appointments as possible for your insurance money though, this is your place.

They keep charging my husband and I repeatedly for serviced we already paid for! Not only that but the latest bill that they're double billing me for was a filling that the dentist completely botched, she drilled into the wrong tooth without my informed consent!!!! Get your act together, quit double and triple billing your patients months after the fact, and fire your doctors that act angry and sabotage patients wishes when asked for informed consent!!

They're dentists. We're conditioned to hate them by nature, lol. It's hard to hate this group though. They've been my dentists for many years. My wife switched to them years ago and both my kids signed up when they hit 18. They are friendly, courteous, thorough, and accommodating on appointments. Five stars all day long.
