This place is not interested in helping patients, they're interested in billing you. I have had a number of dental providers in the past, this one is by far the most predatory. They did not properly check my insurance before I was seen. Before I knew it I had a $200 bill for cleaning and xrays (which is fine) , and a $450 bill for a 5 minute consultation I had for an implant. The charges are extremely unfair and over priced for the mediocre level of services that they provide. By the way, I was quoted over $6K for implant services. I went to Aesthetic Associates of WNY and paid half of that. The pricing at this place is astronomically higher than the usual and customary rates. On top of that, The doctor who gave me the quote was extremely disingenuous and not helpful. In fact, he had a smirk on his face and seemed to be amused by the bad situation I was in. Do not go here if you're a young person, elderly, a low income individual, or someone who needs major dental work. They will prey on you. They won't check your insurance or verify your network status. They will offer you over priced services done by inexperienced, bottom of the barrel providers. They will charge you $400 to speak to a dentist for 5 minutes and gladly send you to collections. I highly recommend anyone with legitimate dental issues to seek services elsewhere. All of these good reviews seem to be from people who have not researched dental providers, family people, and those who had emergencies. This place is a disgrace, and they should be ashamed with how they handle their patients.

WNY Dental!!! They are THE best. Unfortunately my LTMC will no longer let me use them. But I went to see Dr S. Braunstein for many years as did my children...later years I was able to go to WNY dental again. Jason was still there(Dental Hygienist) I saw Dr Michaels She was so fantastic. I had partials made they did an amazing job!!! They all deserve applause. The entire group of personnel. Very Professional. Dental Excellence IMO. I wish I could see them now. I highly recommend them

Had a great appointment with Audrey! She was very kind and compassionate, explained everything clearly, and did a great job. Everything went very smoothly in the office, and overall it was a great experience. I totally recommend WNY Dental on Delaware Ave!

This was my very first visit at Western new York Dental. I was very pleased Dani the dental hygienist was very professional and on point the dentist Dr. Slaughter was brilliant! I recommend anyone who needs their teeth checked out please go to them thanks again guys

Came in for a broken tooth and had a great experience. Dr Michaels and her assistant put me at ease and had me fixed in no time. It was a great experience and I will be going back for my next cleaning.

Dr. Slaughter is a great dentist. Had to get an emergency extraction done and he was amazing felt no pain during procedure. He made sure I was ok the entire time from start to finish. Will definitely be going back

This place literally saved my life broke my denture a few weeks ago could not eat lost a lot of weight. At one point I started getting sick&weak no one would help. God directed to Dr Jay. Who took excellent care of my needs .thank you so much( wny dental group)

The staff is very friendly and helpful! My visit was with Dr. Javon Slaughter and he was an absolute pleasure! So nice and willing to help me!! This will definitely be my routine and emergency dental care provider!!!

Went there with a broken tooth crying my eyes out in pain. The doctor quickly helped me and extracted the broken tooth quickly and the doctor even called me a day after to make sure i was doing fine. Would recommend to anyone.
