    My family and I have been patients of the practice for well over 15 years I had my phone number change rather quickly and the office did not have the information . It changed rather quickly when switching phone carriers As a result of this I never received reminder calls or texts . The result was my son and I missed our appointments which never happens . It was an appointment scheduled 6 months ago for your cleanings . We missed the appointments and incurred a 100 expense which they will not waive . Under the circumstances you would think they would waive the fee. That is something that should be done given the nature of the no show I think its shameful that they didn't think that in good faith or as a professional courtesy that they should waive the fee The "Office Manager " who I spoke Katie never acknowledged what her role until I called back to speak to the manager she was forced to so during our conversation. Very unprofessional I will not be coming back with my family to the practice . My hope is they improve their level of professionalism since it reflects poorly on the organization. There is a lot of competition out there and service is what sets you apart . They have poor front desk customer service . With the many alternatives and great places to go for dental work in WNY I will go else where . I will be sure that others know of my experience

    I have been seeing Dr. Lippa for many years. She is very competent and is a pleasure to deal with. I recently had my teeth cleaned by Charina, who did a wonderful job. She took her time and did an excellent job getting rid of the plaque on my teeth.i could not believe how shiny they looked. She is a caring professional.

    I'm so impressed by the politeness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. My family loves Dr Lippa and Linda. Dr Lippa is very knowledgeable and will explain everything in a manner that you will understand.

    Missed my appointment because I was sick and they charged me 50 dollars even though I called the day of my appointment to cancel they said they'll still put 50 dollars on my account. After calling a few days later to see if we can work something out so they can take the hold off my account they said no and hung up the phone. I've never missed an appointment. Horrible way of treating a patient with their predatory policies.

    Had lived in the area and unfortunately believed the testimonials from people before. The cleanings were fine but when I asked about a particular tooth I was told that it was fine and no cavities were present. Upon moving out of the area, I went to another dentist and the xrays show a large cavity and I may need root canal therapy. Mind you I keep up with my cleanings and was told it was fine. Avoid at all costs if you want to save your smile and teeth.

    I hate to write this review, but I came here for an emergency appointment literally crying my eyes out in pain. The Dr. (whom shall remain nameless), took x-rays poked around my tooth and said I was fine. About a week later I come back for another emergency appointment because i was still in PAIN. At this point I was told nothing was wrong, my gums were just sensitive, given antibiotic and 800 IBU's. I even went to a second WNY location for another opinion because the pain was unbearable, told the same thing. Flash forward, my brain told me to go to another dentist before I let Dr. Nameless do bridge work in the same area that I previously had the pain. I went, and that new dentist immediately told me, "well you can't see it, but it looks like you had an infection under the bridge area." That Dr. sent me to obtain a very much needed root canal. After this incident, I'm not going back. However, the dental hygienists, the office staff and the dentist herself was friendly. I did not appreciate my feelings being dismissed and lack of viable options to save my natural teeth.

    They told me I had an appointment then showed up and it was not on the schedule. Been going there for years but finally decided to stop after many rude encounters with my dentist. No awareness for patients needs. I have a high pain tolerance but she does not care if she is hurting you and is rude if you tell her that sometime hurt.

    Went here for an emergency treatment of a killer toothache after being in pain for 4 days. I called and they were able to get me in the same day! Turns out i needed a root canal which led me to shake and sweat from being so nervous. Dr. Lippa, and the other male dentist who i can't remember the name of, we're so so good at comforting me and being very encouraging to talk me through it. Even with all the appointments afterward, they've always been very kind and made sure to keep me calm. I'm so confident in them now! Any work I've had done has been a piece of cake and I've left so happy. The staff that take appointments and check you in are also very nice. Couldn't be happier with this place!

    Terrible. Did extra work not covered by my insurance and then stuck me with the bill! At no point would I have agreed to have work done that wasn't covered by my insurance if they had asked. Tried reaching out to them numerous times never to have a phone call returned. I'm not the only one this has happened to. Avoid this dentist!

    Dr. Petrotto is great! He always took the time to answer questions and made me feel relaxed. The office staff at this location is also very friendly and helpful. My insurance is only accepted at the Seton office even though the dentist works at different locations. You have to make sure you don't agree to an appointment somewhere else (even with the same dentist) because you may pay more depending on your insurance. This wasn't really made clear when speaking with the receptionist at the Delaware office. Other than that, I have had a very positive experience and highly recommend Dr. Petrotto.
