Couldn't be happier! I was having some serious tooth pain and concerned about my upcoming trip overseas. Found out I needed a root canal, and this experience has completely changed my idea of a root canal. Dr Crepps and his team are very kind, thorough, transparent and helpful! I cannot say enough good things about this place! I won't lie, when I went in for my first root canal, I was incredibly nervous. Dr. Crepps and his staff were amazing! I was out of pain in a few hours and the procedure was easy and painless. Dr. Crepps explained the entire process before we began, and that certainly helped to calm my nerves. Seriously, I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend Dr. Crepps for anyone needing a root canal. Thanks again for everything!

I went into see Dr Crepps for an endodontic consult, thinking I would need to have a root canal done. After years of clenching, especially during the covid-19 pandemic, I thought that I had a cracked tooth (back molar). I was experiencing symptoms of bite sensitivity with chewing anything remotely hard and beginning to develop cold sensitivity to noted tooth as well, my jaw muscles were quite sore. Dr. Crepps staff greeted me with kindness and courtesy. His dental assistant, who took multiple images and X-rays of my mouth, was also very kind and friendly. Dr Crepps then came in and visited with me. He was very thorough in his history taking, asking about my past dental experiences and symptoms and my most recent symptoms which brought me into his office. He asked me about my expectations for this visit (I have never had anyone ask me that before!). He reviewed all of the images with me very thoroughly. He then talked to me at length about myofascial pain syndrome; explaining that my symptoms are most likely related to jaw muscle pain and dysfunction and the various causes of this type of pain. He reviewed a treatment plan with me that included very detailed exercises to do with a handout to take home, several other suggestions and recommended I continue to wear the occlusal guard that I had made by my dentist a few weeks earlier. He offered other potential future treatment options should the above noted plan not help my symptoms, such as a dedicated physical therapist that treats jaw pain. Again, he was very thorough, kind and patient, taking the time to review everything in great detail. There was no feeing that he was rushed to see his next patient. My visit was one week ago. I had a voicemail today from Dr Crepps himself calling to check in and see how things were going! I have been vigilant with the exercises and wearing the guard. My jaw muscles still feel tight but I am happy to report that I was able to eat a few hard crackers today with very minimal bite sensitivity- a huge win after three months of pain with hard foods. The treatment plan is working! Dr Crepps thorough evaluation has saved me the discomfort and expense of a root canal, simply with his evaluation. I highly recommend a consult for any of your endodontic needs!

The whole process of meeting with Dr. Creppes was quick and thorough as well as the treatment of my infected tooth. Dr. Creppes was very competent and pleasant in his work for me.

Since childhood I had heard nothing good about "Root Canals". Even the name of the procedure I found unnerving. I recently had two teeth next to each other treated at Western Endodontics during the same visit for the above mentioned. Needless to say I was loaded full of apprehension of my proposed treatment, even after an extremely positive and reassuring initial consultation. The procedure was painless and heavily layered with concern and care for me as an individual and valued patient throughout the process. Honestly, the whole procedure was less stressful than simple fillings I've had performed in the past. Kudos and a big thanks to Dr. Crepps and all the staff.

Outstanding treatment. I needed a root cannel and it was pain free and quick. Was in and out in under an hour. The staff was great, office equipped with the most modern / up-to date equipment. Doctor called me later in the day to check and see how I was doing and a member of his staff called several days later to check on me again.

When I was referred to Western Montana Endodontics for a root canal by my dentist, the terror began. I had heard all kinds of stories of unfortunate individuals who had gone through excruciating and painful root canals. After meeting with Dr. Crepp for my initial exam and x-rays the fear was somewhat lessened. Upon the date of the procedure my imagination was on overload. Dr. Crepps administered the novacaine after I had a chance to ask a few more questions. He listened and constantly checked in with me once the procedure started. I can assure anyone who is apprehensive, I felt no pain at all! Even after the novacaine wore off. I highly recommend Dr. Crepps and his staff. They are top notch.

Dr. Crepps and his team were very friendly, polite, and professional. I felt comfortable during my root canal procedure. I got a call a couple days later to check in and see how I was doing, I was not expecting that, so it was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend Western Montana Endodontics to others.

My heart sank when my dentist told me I needed a root canal and my first thought was "never again". But after considering the alternatives I met with Dr. Crepps for a consultation. I was impressed by his consideration and willingness to explain the process. I was a little anxious when I arrived for the first part of the process and Dr. Crepps reassured me. Throughout the procedure I was impressed with the professionalism and support from Dr. Crepps and his staff. I didn't feel anything during the procedure. Things have changed in the 20+ years since my last root canal. The chance to save the tooth and avoid an extraction and implant was a good choice. Some mild soreness and tenderness for a few days afterwards was the only side effect. .

For a visit to the dentist it was over all a good experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the process that much easier. I went in knowing that I was going to need a root canal. I told Dr. Crepps what issues I was dealing with and they verified everything thoroughly and even managed to show me on x-rays that we had taken on my visit what was causing the pain. In less than two hours I was in and out from introduction, through x-rays, and the surgery. Overall I went in with my entire jaw hurting, and from the start of the surgery to the finish I didn't feel a thing. To my surprise even once the numbing agent did wear off there was almost no pain to speak of. Ten out of ten, I most certainly would suggest them to anyone!
