On November 4 I had a tooth removed and Dr.L Bourell and Grace were excellent I haven't had a tooth removed in 50 years and they made me feel so comfortable that I left pain free and now I know if I ever needed their service. again I would call them in a minute

Dr. Bourell, Dr. Backus, Grace, Jess, and Andi were all absolutely amazing! The care they all showed for our 6 year old son made a daunting day so much easier. Would recommend them time and time again!

Dr. David was absolutely wonderful both times I had to see him. Quick to get me in and professional. The office staff was equally as wonderful and paperwork and scheduling was easy.

Went in for a tooth extraction, and saw Dr Bourell, before the procedure Dr Bourell explained the process, I was given enough novacaine, did not feel any pain during and after the procedure. The novacaine wore off very moderately after the procedure, there was no lingering discomfort. Throughout the process Dr Bourell explained step by step what she was doing. She is very professional, very patient, very informative, pleasant and gentle. I had a very good experience and painless expreince. Her assistant Andi, is very pleasent, Andi has extreme patience, speak and treat you in the most caring manner she helped me to relax, she offered me a warm blanket. She pateiently explained the instrustions for me to follow at home. I was healed in 2 days, no discomfort. Dr Bourell and Andi are a wonderful team, they respect each other and worked together with such a professional and calming mannerism in their colabration during my visit. I would definitely recommend Western Lake Erie in Sylvania. Very clean practice, the front desk staffs are very pleasant and respectful.

Dr. Brinster and his assistant Ashley do so good with my tooth extraction! Was so nervous about the entire procedure. He made sure I was nice numb and was in and out in 5-10 minutes. Ashley made sure I was informed about all after care and gave me all info incase I needed to reach out to them at any time. Highly recommend this office!

"You're just gonna feel some tugging and pulling" Absolute lies for me. My experience was quite painful. The staff although nice and comforting before hand it was also giving a rip and go. The rip your tooth out, you pay a fat bill and they send you home with some gauges. No pain meds were prescribed none of that for me. For a person who has a high anxiety I literally couldn't stop shaking after and tearing up. I went across the street and had a full panic attack because it was a literal nightmare for me my jaw is in pain and swollen and idk like they ask you to write a review so here it is. I wouldn't wish this on my enemy.

I only gave this place a one star because of how awful and unhelpful the receptionists are. They are unprofessional and they really should be the face of this clinic but they are pulling this place down they don't understand anything and they will just give you any answers so they can have free time without doing their job.

Dr Brinster worked with skill, compassion and a bit of humor to put me at ease for my tooth extraction. He also called later in the day to follow up with me. Both the dr and his assistant, Vangie, were wonderful!

Great experience for getting my 4 wisdom teeth pulled. Doctor Bourell did a great job and her team. Lina and Andi kept me very comfortable during the process kept asking if I was alright any discomfort and even gave me a ice pack to help keep me cool.

Lina was so awesome at making me feel comfortable and giving me tips on what I can and can't do. Dr. Bourell is amazing!! I don't like the dentist but she makes me feel comfortable and got me taken care of!

Dr. David did an amazing job on my sons wisdom teeth. Erica, Haleigh and Lona were great and took such good care of Collin. Dawn at the front desk even faxed in a doctors note to his school. Fantastic place and highly recommend!
