My 8 year old granddaughter had to have teeth extracted. From my initial call to schedule the appointment to the staff bringing her out to the car afterwards EVERYONE was wonderful!!! They put her at ease and we're very gentle with her. Dr. Brinster, Lina, Vang, and Kenzi we're all so caring. Dr.Brinster even called in the evening to check on her. If you need any dental surgeries this is the place to go!! Thank you!!

Everyone here is amazing. The staff Lina, Vang and Kenzi took such great care of my boyfriend when he had to have his wisdom teeth removed. They made sure I knew everything that needed to be done for after care and sent him home with everything. Dr Brinster even called the evening after the procedure to make sure he was doing OK. Overall great experience!

I had a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Bourell. She explained how everything was going to happen in the pre-consultation in detail. The extraction went very well as Drs. assistants Grace and Lina all worked very professionally which made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this practice. I called yesterday with a toothache and they got me in this morning. The staff was professional, friendly and compassionate. Lina and Grace made me very comfortable! Dr. Bourell kept me informed of each step in the process so I new what to expect. While I hope I don't need to visit them again, they would be my first choice!

Everyone at the Oregon office is above and beyond! They are so nice and fantastic. My daughter absolutely loved them. They really do take great care of you. Dr. Bourell, Grace, Linda, and Andi are the best. I'd recommend to everyone to go here!

The whole staff was just outstanding. I was awake for the whole procedure. Dr. Bourell was just outstanding at explaining each step of the procedure. Linda and Barb were also outstanding as they assisted. SWEET

Dr Bourell along with her staff, Lina & Grace were wonderful! Very personable & professional! An extra shout out for Grace who took extra good care of my dad! The only thing that wasn't positive was the way receptionist told another patient the cost if his procedure, he was in his chair & she said it from her desk instead of having the patient come to her and privately tell him.

Wow what amazing people they have at western lake Erie oms Dr brinster was wonderful and so attentive as was his assistants Ashley and Denise you all have given me a new perspective when it comes to dentistry and I am forever grateful for your kindness and warmth God bless

Over the years I have had two teeth extracted and both times I was highly satisfied. Dr Bourell and her assistants, Lina and Andi did a very good job.

Still waiting to get an appointment for my mother in law since July 11th. Had the first consultation, received a quote. Called with the correct number for the cardiologist on August 15th. I'm not sure what is going on. Tried to call several times and I keep getting the answering machine. Very disappointed with the staff.

Dr. Bourell, Grace, Andit and Tina provided wonderful care and guidance as my son had all four wisdom teeth removed. They were thorough and compassionate. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an oral surgeon.
