Got all 4 wisdom teeth out Dr.Schall and Ms Erica did great they explained the process thoroughly front desk was very kind felt nothing during the procedure didn't take very long Also for a nervous person the friendly feeling in the office is relaxing. Really Great experience

Raquel, Megan, Nancy and Dr. Mayer were very caring. I was very nervous and then explained everything that they were going to do. The only thing I felt was a pinch when I was given my injection to have my wisdom molar extracted. There was no pain while doing the procedure and to my amazement I was still waiting for the molar to be pulled but he was already done. I really enjoyed everyone there. Will definitely come back if I ever need another tooth pulled. Thank you to Dr. Mayer and staff.

Everyone there was GREAT!!!! Very therow, kind and understanding of dental fears. It was the best dental experience we had. No pain and the procedure went smoothly. Special thanks to Dr. Mayer, Raquel, Megan, Nancy and the remaining staff that helped us through this.

Thank you Dr David Shall, Erica, Kenzie and Haley for taking excellent care of my Gabby girl and her wisdom teeth removal! U went above and beyond addressing and adjusting for her Down syndrome. Like first appointment of the day, meds that wear off earlier so she wouldn't accidentally chew up her tongue and easing her over protective mama bear with hovering mom syndrome.

Very professional, lovely music, good humor throughout office. The assistants were spot on during surgery and prep for surgery. Very helpful after the procedure was done giving me all the information for after care and gladly answered all my questions.

Doctor Mayer and the staff; Nancy, Megan and Raquel. They were amazing so nice and welcoming! No issues at all. He got all four of my teeth out so freaky fast!

I would like to thank everyone here at Western Lake Erie dental. I'd like to start at the front desk with Kayla and Bianca for helping the whole experience start in the easy successful comfortable way. Erica Kenzie and Haleigh were present throughout the surgical procedure and the assessment portion of our visits all were very helpful with every question. Dr. Shall spent a lot of time with us prior to the surgery and explained the procedure in detail telling us what we can expect during and after the surgery. I have to say The entire process was better than expected. I am so pleased that I went through this dental office and highly recommend their services. I gave them five stars but would give more if it was an option.

Dr. David & Erica, Kenzie, Maggie were all professional, courteous and friendly. The procedure went quickly and pain free. I am very impressed with the results would recommend the group to anyone. This is the second time I had a procedure done and the second went as well as the first. Thanks everyone for a job well done!!!

Go to any oral surgeon but these folks. They don't care about patients just your money and when is quitting time.

I had an appointment here yesterday because I was referred to them to get my wisdom teeth taken out. So this was our initial consultation and the doctor was absolutely terribly rude. He explains that my surgery could be more complicated. I might have to get like a cat-scan or something like that. I asked for like a printout or something where I can speak to my mother who's a nurse about this which he responded. "She wouldn't know anything about this, only people who know teeth know teeth. " I had to ask him repeatedly to close the door and after the third time he finally did but he closed it forcefully. His overall attitude was very McDonald's customer service like. He just wanted to get me out of there. He did not care to answer my questions. I've never had a surgery before and some of the things that he was bringing up was quite alarming and his bedside manner was non existent. There was other things that obviously transpired but I feel like this was the crux of it. But it was backhanded comments about my age, about what should've done etc which all seemed excessive/uncessarry And if he bothered to ask or introduce himself he would've known my wisdom teeth didn't start coming into the end of my 20s and I'm just 30. It was just totally weird and extremely unprofessional. The lady's at the desk were very pleasant. Oh, and the doctor I visited with was David Shall. (Which I had to call back and get his name)

Great office of people. Dr Mayer is very personable and professional. Raquel and Megan were friendly and helpful. I had no trouble with the tooth extraction. I didn't even need the pain meds afterward. No offense but I hope to never see any of you in office again. I'd rather not lose teeth!!! LOL

Took my daughter there, we had Doctor Mayer and his 3 nurses Meghan, Raquel and Pam. They were the best. Would refer anyone to go there!!!

Great staff. Wisdom teeth removal went well today. Dr schall did a nice job, was very thorough. Kenzie, Erica and Lona made the procedure go by smoothly

Hands down the best experience I have ever received with a dental procedure!! Dr. David Shall and his assistants Erica and Kenzie are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable during the whole process!! Thank you all so much for making my extraction process painless and enjoyable to go through!!

First experience was great. Dr was amazing. So gentle. 4 wisdom teeth removed. Very kind and gentle . My next visit they scheduled me with a different oral surgeon. Older shorter guy. Rude., and when I told him to stop cus I felt everything and he kept going... the days after that appointment I ended up in the hospital. I was in so much pain I never experienced from have a tooth removed. My ear swelled shut I could hardly move my jaw. . After the 3rd er visit and seeing a specialist I found out my jaw was shattered. And I believe that's why they refused me an X-ray. . If you go don't go don't go to the short older guy he's Carleton and I don't know what he's doing apparently. I as refers because my jaw is so small s I refer ever going

Staff was great but Dr?? Mayer (I wouldn't call him a doctor ! Haven't slept since (4days) sat I get a few min here and there when I asked for pain meds IBPROFRIN and Antibiotics he denied me the ANTIBIOTICS !!! Dic bag! For sure ! So I called my insurance and told em NOT TO pay them anything , also got new appointment with Down River center !! Fuc u Mayer !
