I obtained my dental degree from The University of Louisville School of Dentistry after earning my undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University. My wife, Amber, and I recently celebrated the birth of our son, John Luke. In addition to being an active member of my church, I enjoy playing golf, working on my family farm, and spending time with family and friends.
I am passionate about providing the highest quality dental care available and am completely focused on the well-being of my patients. You can be sure that you will always be treated like family at Western Kentucky Dental.
Liz Sullivan, Office CoordinatorLiz joined Western Kentucky Dental in March 2016. She has over ten years of experience in the dental field. Liz is knowledgeable in all aspects of your dental insurance and treatment planning. She takes pride in greeting everyone she meets with a friendly smile, and looks forward to meeting you and making your visit to the dentist comfortable. Outside of work, Liz enjoys being outdoors with her 2 beautiful daughters.
Meghan Hogan, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant Meghan joined Western Kentucky Dental as an EDDA in November 2015. She has over nine years experience as a dental assistant. Meghan knows coming to the dentist isnt a favorite to most, so she enjoys assisting in making it the best experience possible. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband Chad and their three children Eli, Kendy, and Rhett.
Brooke Meredith, Registered Dental HygienistBrooke is a 2013 graduate of the Western Kentucky University Dental Hygiene Program and she joined our staff in July of 2015. As a clinician, she is focused on getting to know patients on a personal level, keeping them comfortable, and making sure they get the best treatment possible. In her spare time, Brooke enjoys reading, camping, and being active in her church. She is excited to be a part of such an amazing dental team and cannot wait to meet you at your next dental visit.
Maggie Day, Registered Dental HygienistMaggie joined Western Kentucky Dental in April 2018. She graduated from the WKU Dental Hygiene Program in 2014 and went on to work in the pediatric dental field. She loves working with children and is excited to now be able to work with adults too. As a clinician, Maggie strives to offer a comfortable environment for all her patients while delivering the best care possible. When she isnt working, Maggie enjoys sports, wood working and being an active member of her church family.

They numbed the wrong area in my mouth for a filling, after telling them I could still feel where they had number me, they numbed the same place again, and began working on my tooth with me feeling every agonizing drilling. Later it turned out my filling was hollow and there was still tooth decay under it.

Extremely satisfied with Western KY Dental. I waited maybe 2 minutes before going back for my cleaning appt, which never happens @ a doctors office. Then it only took about 20 minutes, including x-rays. The staff was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!!

Very gentle. Easy to speak with and understand. Plus my hygienist (Kaitlyn) had Gilmore Girls on for me. Talk about a low stress environment.

Female associate, Meghan Hogan, very rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff is very polite and helpful. It effects the business as a whole when one employee goes out of their way to be not only disrespect but make false claims. Also impersonating an entirely different establishment voids all initial claims and complaints made by the employee listed above. Which is why it's best to just worry about the reputation of the company who writes your checks and less about indecency towards others.

Update! Went in again today just to have a filling placed and when I say it was painless I mean I literally felt absolutely nothing!! They were so calm and talked me through it all. Dr. Pitcock had some type of trick when using the numbing medicine and made it pain free! So happy to have found such a great crew to trust with me and my family's teeth! Haven't been to a dentist in a long time from a bad experience at another dentist office but this has totally changed my outlook! Everyone was very kind and gentle! Kaitlyn did a fantastic job by letting me know everything she was doing and what she was seeing. Dr. Pitcock was very kind as well! Ill definitely keep going!

I was very pleased with my visit. I needed to have a tooth crowned. The prep went extremely well. I experienced no pain at all! They prepared the tooth, made a temporary crown, and put it in quickly and comfortably. The entire staff; doctor, assistant, receptionist, were delightful, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional... good people! I highly recommend Western Kentucky Dental.

My expierence at Western Kentucky Dental with Dr. Pitcock and his amazing staff set the standard for how a dental facility should be. Upon arriving I was greeting by a friendly face and a warm greeting. When I was brought back to the exam room my procedure was done very professionally and expediently but with the upmost care and empathy. Before the procedure I was extremely nervous about my extraction, I expressed my concern to Dr. Pitcock and he immediately quailed my concern and anxiousness by letting me know that if at any point it became to much he would give me time. The doctor is truly fantastic at what he does and I did not expierience any discomfort during the procedure, and was told to contact the office if I needed anything while healing from the extraction. I would recommend Dr. Pitcock and his staff to any person looking for peaceful relaxing and professional dental experience.

Dr. Pitcock is alway so nice and friendly! Him and the office staff make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I have been going to him for years and will continue for many more. Highly recommend!
