I wasn't going to make a review but I just received an email saying to reschedule the appointment that I MISSED!!! I showed up with my two kids 15 mins early to their appointment yesterday August 6 to a building close with signs saying they were closed!!!!! Like u guys couldn't call ?? An email???? Something???? But u can email me that I missed my appointment that's crazy!!!! Missed work for nothing!!!

We went in for a second opinion for my son on work that is needed. We waited for about 2 hours to only get 1 X-Ray done! Because Dr. Rashidi seemed to be on a "personal" call. She was sitting right next to my son on a cell phone. Not even being courteous enough to let her patients or even staff no what's going on! I get it, if there was an emergency; by all means continue your phone call but her body language & tone seemed very relaxed & quite frankily it semmed more on the gossip side. Her assistant said "Doctor he is ready" Dr. Rashidi then gets up from the chair & was no where to be found. Her assistant went looking for her numerous times before I decided to leave the office because it was very unpleasant & unprofessional. I'm very unhappy with this visit. They had a busy morning & will definitely not get the job done if the doctor is just on the phone.

Bad impression right off the bat when they ask for you to wait in the lobby while your kid is receiving treatment. Makes you think they have something to hide. I could careless if they got upset with me, I will not leave my kid alone. I don't recommend coming here.

Definitely recommend this kids dentist! Everything was so fast no wait time got me in and out of my appt as soon as possible receptionist and staff was at its best! Highly recommend it! Five stars!!! WESTERN DENTAL!

My 5 y/o son had never been to the dentist before. We came in because he had a toothache and sure enough he needed a baby root canal and crowns. The Doctor was so sweet and gentle and the assistants were very nice as well. He cried, kicked and screamed like any kids would, so the strapped him in like a swaddle and they were able to work on him. It's been 3 hours since they finished and he is already running around the house showing everyone his new "Ironman teeth" (crowns). Thank you Western Dental for kids, I will see you soon with my others kids

Horrible place, not friendly at all. They don't allow parents to accompany their child while getting checked or having work done. When I told them, that letting my 5 year old alone with them while I'm forced to sit in the waiting room was not an option, they were so annoyed with me but allowed me in with her. I noticed all the kids being serviced were alone and one was crying, this is not ok. kids specially that young should not be alone with staff it's already stressful as it is for them, kids need to be walked through what is going on. I noticed that the parents that were in the waiting room , when the child was let out the dentist wouldn't even talk to the parent, the dentist would just hand the work sheet to the receptionist and tell her to schedule the appointment for the procedures to be done. That is not ok the dentist should walk the parent though what is needed and the different options they have not just make the decision for them .
