Love this place! We have been coming here for years now. The physician in great and everyone in the office has great customer service! Josue and Angelina were very friendly! Highly recommend! I'm edition to great customer service the children get a small gift so that's a plus!

I been coming to this dentistry for the past 4years and I have zero complaints. From their wonderful staff of receptionists (Nancy, Drina, Natalie, Crystal) to the amazing dental assistant to the dentists professionals it is always an amazing experience. The courtesy the patience and consideration they have for our children, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I remain loyal to this dentistry and wouldn't have it any other way! Definitely recommend 10/10!

Brought my son here , staff is nice, friendly and attentive. The wait time is great, morning appointments are the best you are in and out. I go in for an exam and if my son needs any dental work they do it the same day so we don't waste time on coming back. The office is nice kids friendly and clean. It's hard to find a nice dental office for kids I'm glad I found western dental kids panorama city .

Today was the first day that I actually had a good experience at the dental office. It has not went well before but I am obligated to go to this office because I recently purchased braces for my granddaughters teeth which cost me close to $6000 but the service has not been well until today so I am thankful and she came out of the doctors office smiling and that It's all that matters today that she's happy

When making agreements with a phone rep, get everything in writing have them email you the updated agreement or record your conversation on the phone as evidence because they call you later demanding you to pay a total different amount after you paid in full. It's like dealing with a different office. Finally contact the State regarding complaint on dental services. Finally contact the BBB and make the same complaint.
