Brought my two daughters in today. Had the best experience I've had at a dentist. Possibly ever. My 3 and 1/2-year-old got her teeth cleaned x-rays and our pediatrics dentist gave her a Anna and Elsa toy. My daughter was so happy and excited when she got home. She said the next time she goes to the dentist she wants to tell the dentist. Thank you! My 1 and 1/2-year-old wasn't easy but also had no cavities either one of them. The staff was warming friendly and great with the kids. Thank you guys!

Let's be honest... Nobody actually likes going to the dentist. When I first came here Paula and everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful putting my my nerves at ease! I had Dr. Javidan who did my first consult and then my cleanings and I have to say she made me feel like family and was very knowledgeable and as shaky and scared as I was to be getting a needle... she took a unique approach. She asked me if I would let her begin the cleaning without anything and said that if it got uncomfortable that she had everything there and would administer the medication without a question. This obviously made me quite nervous but I said okay! They gave me a couple squishy stress balls to hold onto and to my surprise I made it through the entire thing with minimal discomfort! Dr. Javidan was so gentle and checking in with me to make sure I was okay and if she could keep going while telling me stories that made it fun and the time go by! On the way out all the ladies told me to pick out some toys for our daughter who they never met which showed even more kindness and great customer service! 5 STARS!!! I can be a tough cookie but they earned my trust and I will recommend them to all my friends, family and clients!!! It IS possible to look forward going to the dentist yall!!!

Great dentist and staff as always. I don't care for going to the dentist and it is difficult for me to trust dentist. Western dental has made the experience not so horrible for me. The staff is patient with me and the doctor goes over things with me so I can understand what she's recommending to be done. The dentist work that I have had done so far is good and I am developing a trusting relationship, which isn't easy for me. So I've given this office 5 stars and I would highly recommend this office and the dentist which has treated me. I do not know her name oh, sorry.

I was feeling a little sad and upset with the news from the doctor and trying to afford everything. Our Dr. did the best she could to help me figure out a way to afford all of my needs and consult with me on keeping my teeth healthy. Not all dentists will do this. She took the extra time and care to help me figure out solutions and options. To me, that's 100% excellent care for patients and their needs. Thank you.
