I have taken my son to western dental kids since he was 2 years old I used to loved how they were nice and gentle to him , but that change the last visit he had the dentist assistant were so rude to him he always had been nervous going to the dentist and they were so rude and careless by the way he felt broke my heart and made me so disappointed about this place I'll never take my kid back here, already change him from dentist office

I will not be taking my son back I was there in February and overall the first appointment was good so that same day being in the the office I scheduled his 6 months now they made the appointment for August perfect gave me time to request the day off work now 6 months later they don't have him in there system and trying to put the blame on me nope you guys made the mistake on the schedule so they didn't see my son because it was only for kids with braces how is it my fault I lost a day of work because of this and my son had to miss school on top of everything had to take a couple of busses to there and back waste of my time I should have listened to others when they told me western dental isn't good but me trying to give them a chance so regret it

This office was by far the friendliest, kindest dental office I've ever been to. The receptionist, x ray tech, and orthodontist, and dental assistance were alll amazing. I've decided to switch both my kids over to this facility. this morning my four year old son went in with emergency tooth pain... he was seen by 10 and we came back for treatment at 12. The orthodontist explained everything to me clearly, was patient with my son, and she did the procedure pretty quickly. My son didn't even cry. They made it as painless as possible. And I was so anxious about him being uncomfortable... My son was out of there and smiling immediately. He had a cap, a filling, and an extraction, and we were done within 30 minutes. So glad I found this place. I don't have to worry about my kids being fearful or anything. I went somewhere else and they wanted to put my daughter to sleep. They did all of this without sleep sedation. We're home and he is doing so much better. I treated him to some very very soft muffins for doing such a great job.
