Say for over hour and watched a family with an appointment an hour later go before us before the time, while we waited to be told they have a treatment. So exams are last priority when we all have appointments and ours 1 hour before?

Having dental work done for your kids is stressful. This office is professional, and personal. They take care of your kids with a very nurturing attitude: firm when they need to be, kind, and attentive. I was anxious to take them in, but they have made the process as painless as it can be. dr hyder & yanice are great with kids, they make you feel like their a party of your family , i know everytime i take my kids to the dentist with them they are in great hands, i appreciate all the time you each take to make sure the job is correct and done .

Very nice doctor, I heard the worst of western dental but I try it for my daughter and she was great so funny !! Made my daughter laugh and want to return for help ! Thank you , she's a new doctor but I'm grateful she's amazing !!!

My 12 year old just had his second appointment at this location with doctor Shazia Iqbal. I just want to say she is absolutely perfect. She gives me as the parent so much education with what's going on with my kid. She advocated a lot after the orthodontist denied my kids braces to be covered under insurance. I can tell she really cares for the kids. She gave me plenty of advice about what steps I needed to take next, since my son has suck a complicated case. I will definitely bring my other kids in to see her. She is absolutely great.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The Dentist and assistants do a very good job of making my children feel safe and comfortable when getting dental work done. I have been bringing my 3 children here for over 5 years and would highly recommend.

Dr. Igbal is great and dental assistant sharely is fantastic with the kids. Once they get to work they get it done fast. Only down side is the wait in the waiting room can take a while. Other than that, great customer service

She's a good doctor (Dr. Iqbal )and her assistant Sharely. My daughter has a phobia coming to the dentist but she let her calm down because she explained it so will to her and its her second time now and its turn out just fine, my daughter said she's okay now coming back to the dentist. 5 year old has now had two appointments at this location. Both times they were super friendly with her and helped talk her through all the procedures she had to have done. They made her feel very comfortable, comfortable enough that she was able to do the procedure there with just the gas. We definitely really love going here and I'll be changing my other child over to this location as well. I recommend them for sure.

if i could give this place zero stars i would!!!! my gosh! after reading the reviews i still went thinking maybe the reviews are wrong but nope!!! first the wait time is long which is whatever, second they took my child inside telling me to stay outside (without telling me where they were taking him, i had to ask the front desk they told me it was for xray which is fine but they should have told me) third the doc spend a min. with my child that was it and said he needed antibiotics which is fine and the lady doing the cleaning was telling my child i will give you a sticker if your good. they never gave us prescription for antibiotic or the stupid sticker (my son was crying for that dumb sticker). i called the next day to ask for antibiotic i was on hold for over 15 min, and was told i had to drive there to pick it up. i asked them to fax it to pharmacy they said they couldn't do that. like WTH!
