My wife made an emergency appointment for my son since his crown fell. They arrived there and waited for about 2 hours, while waiting of course they had to take an ex-ray of his entire mouth even though they were told what the problem is. Then after that a "genius" named Lorena Ramos started deep cleaning my sons teeth, it seems charging insurance is much more important for you than your patients, and in this case we are talking about kids. My wife told them that his tooth is very sensitive and it needs to be extracted that "genius" said come back tomorrow, my wife said whatbis the point of emergency appointment? Then the receptionist told that so called doctor that they are not the patients you think they are, to what she replied "I'm done it's 4:10" and simply left. Every time I have gone to this place with my kid WITH AN APPOINTMENT we have had to wait anywhere from 45 to 55 minutes . This is unacceptable and not a good way to treat patients! RIDICULOUS TO HAVE TO WAIT CLOSE TO AN HOUR TO BE SEEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!!!! I regret ever choosing this place !!!! Western dental at the Eagle rock Plaza
