Terrible phone service. I was left on hold for over half hour as they forgot about me. This was not the first time. I had received a message stating I had an appointment I never made. When I called to let them know, someone answered without a basic greeting and just said "Hold.". I was working from home and forgot I was on hold. Someone finally picks up after 35 mins and I addressed the ridiculous hold time. I advised her to cancel the appt I never made and she said she would. A couple days later, I get this survey asking for feedback on the appointment that should have been canceled. Unbelievable.

This practice is excellent & informative in their care. They are honest & personable too. I travel quite a distance to get to get to them & will continue doing so.

It was fast i put my head back and then they put needles in my gums to numb it then few minutes they came back and pulled out my teeth it didn't hurt just a little pressure it was fast. No pain no gain.

My last visit went very well. I may not afford braces right now I must take better care of my teeth and brush twice a day for now on and take care of my overall health.

All dentists and dental offices are unfortunately not created equal. Had ok to horrible experiences before finding Westchester Smile Design. I will call it for what it is, a dental spa! Professional, warm, expert, clean staff. They listen and cater to your needs. Key word "needs". Important. These professionals are honest, the front desk staff are also not just there to sell you anything to gain profits for the practice. Need no longer to be scared...gentle and caring professionals here. Been here for years now the kids have joined now that they are over 18. You may come in sad, confused and leave out always bettter than you arrived! A special thanks to the best dentist Markovitch( Never seen this man not upbeat and smiling), Sorayko and the best oral surgeon Arnoldt. My apologies if I butchered the dentists names. So glad I found you my family are too. Keep making patients SMILE! If they are not available the great thing is the practice has other dentists who are great and I can trust. Not easy to find by the way. WSD is highly recommended! You are changing not just images but yes...lives. You are appreciated. Almost forgot reasonable prices! Many insurance accepted.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST . THIS DENTIST STRATEGICALLY MAKES YOUR CAVITY FILLINGS DEEPER SO OVER TIME YOUR CAVITIES WILL TURN INTO ROOT CANALS. THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOU BY SENDING YOU TO THEIR ENDODONTIST WHO WORKS WITHIN THE PRACTICE . I HAVE NOW SPENT OVER 15 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN DENTAL WORK DUE TO MISSED TIMED TREATMENT, WRONG ADVICE AND MALPRACTICE. I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY!

That was the quickest extraction I've ever heard of , legit 30 seconds for my top 2 wisdom teeth , no pain at all Dr. Adam Arnoldt is great thanks man for being diligent, To his assistant and also to the woman in the front desk they are so friendly and always smiling don't remember their names but they're great too . Overall this is a wonderful place to have Oral surgery done at check it out.
