I got Invisalign with Dr. Rosenberg. My teeth are not crooked just have tiny gaps in some spaces. I wasn't satisfied with my end results because I still had some tiny gaps and he refused to help.

Initially I thought i was the only one having a bad experience here. This place has destroyed my teeth and my confidence along with it, they have forced root canals on me from a young age and continue to try and keep me coming in for 'cavities' only to mess up hit a nerve which caused extreme pain which led to a root canal. Not to mention they were using a broken drill!! Dr. Shaw kept leaving the room to tell her assistant to let her 'know when it was working well again' I cannot believe i was such a fool to stay in that chair. I will NEVER come back here again. If i could give these people negative reviews i would. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Worst Dentist ever. I went there because I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 20 years and surprisingly my teeth were in pretty good shape. I had a cavity and needed it to get filled and the dentist Paul did a horrible job. After experiencing pain for weeks I went to another Dentist office where they were surprised at how horrible my filling was. I will never go back.

If I was able to put Zero, I will do so. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. These people only want money and don't care about you. They ruined my mother's front teeth and they don't care, now my mother is suffering because of that. They even laugh at my mom when she ask for them to fix it without paid, do to the bad work they did in her teeth. Please let me know who wants to get together to sue these people for this.

Don't go to this place!!!! Find a reputable place!!! I went here after having problems at their affiliate office Newburgh Dental group. Where the dentist there caused major problems including causing me to develop TMJ. But thats a different complaint I already posted on their website. I had so many issues with Dr. Waldman and Dr. Pilavsky at Newburgh Dental Group that I was forced to go to Westchester Dental in white plains an hour from my house. And I received the same if not worse treatment at Westchester Dental Group. I was made to feel like I was the one who did something wrong instead of Dr. Waldman and Dr. Pilavsky. I was seen by a Dr. Todd Auerbach who I seen once a week for 2 months and he did absolutely nothing to fix the problems created by the 2 previous dentists. He actually caused even more problems. I was made to wait in the dentist chair for 6 hours on one day and 4 hours another day while he worked on other patients. And he still couldn't or wouldn't fix the problems created by the other office. I'm still not sure why i was made to wait in the dentist chair for hours while he worked on other people. He didnt do any work on me to justify all the time i spent there. I received 2 -2hr parking tickets because I was there for 6 hours on my last appointment. When Dr. Auerbach gave me a Novocain injection I immediately experienced a bad reaction causing my glands to swell up and pain throughout my joints. He came running in the room from working on another patient with a needle already in his hand and gave me an injection with that needle so whatever was in that needle caused an auto immune reaction causing me sever health complications. My doctors believe it was either botox poisoning or some other type of virus. I came up positive for mono and other viruses as well. Something triggered an autoimmune disease which led to arthritis and other problems and when I explained to Dr. Auerbach that something didn't feel right ater the injection he just shrugged and said he didn't know than left the room for an hour. And he would come back to check on me periodically over the next few hours. I believe the reason he had me there and kept checking on me is because he knew what he did and wanted to see if I had a reaction. Because theres no reason for me being there so long for one cavity cause all Dr. Auerbach did was a filling on a wisdom tooth and he didnt even finish it. I was visiting my sister in South Carolina 2 weeks later and i was having pain in that same tooth so i went to a dentist and he took xrays which showed a cavity still in the same tooth Dr. Auerbach just supposedly filled. I can keep complaining about other things but im pretty sure you get the picture. Please find a reputable place with dentists who actually take pride in their work and who actually care. These people are not professional!!! I still haven't been contacted by anyone from the office. I prepaid them for permanents which came out wrong 2 times and they still refuse to give me a refund. So I filed complaints with New York State Department of fraud at the office of professional discipline and I plan on taking them to court to get my money back. These people completely ruined my teeth in my life and they can care less they made no effort to do the right thing.

My family and I have been coming here for about 2 years. The staff there is great and so helpful and knowledgeable! The hygenist Liz is amazing! My son who is 8 absolutely loves her and stays so well with her.

I came to the office to see Dr. Mara for a comprehensive treatment plan. She was very nice and explained all of my options. I met with Lisa to go over my plans, she was very considerate of my budget. The receptionists and assistants helped me all along the way.

I have been a patient for at least 10 years and have always been pleased with the service. Unpretentious and low key (it's NOT Scarsdale), but they get the job done. And hold costs within my plan.

I came to this office to have a tooth pulled, the front desk staff was so accommodating and helpful. I had a tooth removed with Dr. Breiman who was very gently and efficient. I loved the office so much that I came back for my regular checkup with Liz the hygienist and Dr. Auerbach. They were both very good and informative. I have my appointments to continue my work, the staff have been very warm and helpful!

I went in for a dental emergency one day ( also a plus that they take walk in clients), and ended up making them my primary dentists. I travel from an hour away just to come here and won't go anywhere else.
