I've been using Dr. Daniela Hijazin for over 20 years & have to say the Doctor & staff are the best in the business, I live more than an hour away & it's worth the commute

Kept Cancelling last minute because "someone called out", then conveniently stopped taking my insurance after giving me the runaround for 6 months. Just avoid this place because all they will do is waste your time!!!

Like the rest of this horrible dentist's (If I can even call her that) reviews, this one is also very negative. She and her office are totally unprofessional and treat you with complete disrespect. She quoted me a price for a deep cleaning and then 2 weeks later told me it would cost me more than double what she originally quoted with no plausible reason as to why the price went up so drastically. Her office staff is completely disorganized and also treat you with no respect and clearly do not know what they are doing. I will be reporting Daniela Hijazin to the ADA and my healthcare provider. Stay away from this person.

They don't pick up the phone and they don't reply to your voicemails. They talked about other patients while performing procedure I paid thousands of dollars out of pocket for.

This place fell off after acquiring the smaller dental offices. Can't even get an appointment anymore ppl chatting over your mouth ugh

I can't even speak to the quality of dental service because I never received it thanks to the unwelcoming, unprofessional behavior of the front desk. I'm definitely not sensitive but to arrive to my appointment before staff, have them walk in late and only address me once (to ask if I was there for medical or dental), then to proceed with their business without acknowledging me ever again is just unacceptable. I sat there for 30 minutes while staff had conversations about traffic and made/took calls--no one said anything to me. Heck, they didn't even give me paperwork to complete to keep me busy (new patient). So, sadly I walked out and will have to take my business elsewhere. I thought I had found my new dentist...nope.

Went here to get a cleaning needed some more work done on my teeth so was referred to a specialist that I have to find on my own I started looking for one but had to make sure it was one who accepted my insurance a nightmare in the mist of that I developed severe tooth and gum pain call this office to see if I can come in so she can take a look at it and maybe she could ease my pain until I could see the specialist the response from the office was it's nothing she can do but I'm your patient in severe pain and you can't help me it's really ashame and the receptionist can't comprehend well when your speaking english and not knowledgeable at all I will not be going back to that office for anything very unprofessional and they billed my insurance company for work that was suppose to get done but wasn't done yet how do you bill a company and you haven't perform the dental work will be notifying my insurance company as well

Today I have the worst experience of my life with this dentist place.i have an appointment here which I did because I go see my doctor next to them which I saw it like very good for me and my wife but today a figure out that is no way you give attitude to a patient for get 5 minutes late if you can't receive your client or patient what ever you call us just let then know im sorry but at this time I can't work on you. I will understand that and leave now I feel like this place need flexibility with the patient if not close your office

I had to go to this place because my dentist retired. This place is a Chaotic place. Look fancy but it is just a bunch of unprofessional ppl hustling around. The dentist whose name was on the door was never at the office. The office looks fancy but patients do not go for fancy place but for real care, which this office apparently is lack off. I canceled future appointments. There are plenty off real dentists in town.
