Great practice!! Friendly and efficient. Starting from office staff all the way to Dr. Shinde you will experience excellent customer service. Keith ( Dental hygienist) is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Dr. Shinde is wonderful and takes time to explain everything related to your care. I am so glad I found this place.

From the time I entered the office, till the time I left, I felt very at ease. Beth at the desk made my first visit here enjoyable with her good humor, charm, and knowledge of why I was there. I saw Dr. Shinde, who immediately put me at ease with her very friendly demeanor, professionalism, and a desire to provide to me affordable, but quality, options on dental implants. She explained the various types and relayed costs and will work with me to offer me the best service they can provide while keeping my wallet from breaking, especially since I have no dental insurance. The whole time I was there I did not feel rushed or ignored. My last dentist, in Florida, made me feel like I had a $$ on my forehead. I left here feeling as though I would be treated fairly and with respect, not my payment method. I'm looking forward to the treatment options Dr. Shinde will present to me. I'm looking forward to eating those vegetables that I fought against eating as a child, with a second chance with new teeth.

I recently switched over to Westborough Family Dental as well as my 5 kids. They made the transition very easy. The staff is wonderful and my kids were very comfortable. Beth, the office manager, is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she helped us so much with the switch. And Dr. S is fantastic.

I recently changed Dentists I had an emergency and was not able to get an appointment with my dentist. I called Westborough Family Dental and got an appointment immediately The nicest office and sweetest dentist. If you have any fears of going to the dentist, trust me you won't anymore if you choose this office

I started as a new patient in February and have only had great experiences. I've had a cleaning, and a root canal, both of which were extremely pleasant and pain free. The office staff is very kind, and the dentist as well as the dental hygienists are super nice and accommodating. I am non-binary and use they/them pronouns and they were able to add that to my profile before my appointment so that I was comfortable. I also needed a rather urgent root canal and was comforted before, during and after the procedure and walked through the entire thing even down to the cost. I highly recommend this dental office!

Very friendly and professional staff. I have had several procedures there recently and I appreciate the expertise and care Dr. Shinde brought to each appointment. Very satisfied overall, highly recommend this dentist!

Dr.Kaplan is the only person I will let touch my teeth for a root canal, he has a client for life now. Krystal assisted and was amazing. I literally felt no pain and I am the biggest baby about dental procedures. I cannot recommend this place enough!

All of the staff at Westborough Family Dental have been professional, helpful and extremely personable. We transitioned from our dentist of almost 30 years to Dr. Shinde and my whole family has been happy with the care we have received Keith is a wonderful hygienist, Angie is such a laugh and Beth the office manager is always a pleasure. Highly recommend.

I came to this dental practice by accident - literally. My front tooth veneer came off right before the holiday weekend and I needed to have it put back on. This was my first time in this dental office and I could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism and compassion from Dr. Shinde and her staff. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by name, and welcomed into the office. The intake paperwork was thorough and comprehensive and once that was all taken care of, I was taken into the exam room. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Shinde was kind, informative, compassionate, and caring - explaining every aspect of the procedure as she went along. My procedure took about 30 minutes and I am so appreciative that they were able to squeeze me in before the holiday weekend. Now I have a new go-to dental practice much closer to home. I highly recommend this dental practice. It is a first class office right in Westborough, MA. You should check them out too!

I started seeing Dr. Shinde about 18 months ago after neglecting my dental care for a few years. I was nervous knowing I needed a lot of work done - Dr. Shinde is kind, flexible and an excellent provider. She prioritized what I needed done and set up a schedule that considered my time and insurance coverage. I've had a wonderful experience every time with her and the staff (front office, hygienists, dental assistants). Great people and A+ care!

I am so happy that I found this place! From the first moment I felt like going home and being part of a family. They were able to help me in an emergency situation and they are deeply caring since then. Dr Shinde is wonderful takes time to explain everything I am very happy there!
