We recently moved to West York and were in the process of looking for our dentist. There are so many dental clinics in the York area. Upon searching the internet and many great reviews, we decided to give a try at West York Dental Care. I have to say that our experience proved that we had made a great decision. Everyone at West York Dental Care was so nice, caring, accommodating and very professional. I was well taken care of during the procedure and provided with clear instructions before, during and after the procedure. This is absolutely a dental clinic we will stay with and we highly recommend it to our friends. Great job West York Dental Care!!!

The office was able to fit me in quickly for an appointment. My options were written to me clearly. The office staff communicated everything to me very well. Very happy to make this office my new dentist

I was so impressed with my emergency visit. Got me in same day and treated me with much kindness. Office modern and super clean. The viewable computer screen at foot of chair showed me xrays and pictures. Dr. Myers was so kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Thank you West York Dental!

First visit with new dentist Dr. Hailie Myers and was very happy with my visit. Dr. Myers was very friendly and easy to talk to. Mary, my hygienist was very friendly and gentle. We discussed some issues and gave me good advice to follow. I am very happy with the new staff and look forward to future visits. Maureen

I had to go 9/06/22 for a filling and they great I did not even feel the needle. Filling are done different but a much nicer method. If you need a filling please call them. They are friendly and pain-free.

What could have resulted in an unsightly smile was prevented because W.Y. Dental worked me into their schedule the do the repair on a filling that started to fail. The tooth was my lower left central and would have been very noticeable and uncomfortable if any more of the old filling chipped off. I was very pleased with the service, care and finished product I received in a timely manner.

When our regular practice stopped accepting the insurance my wife's work place provided our neighbor sugested West York Dental. The dental care including cleaning and filing has been excellent. The front office as well as the business officer have been very good at not only obtaining insurance preapprovals, but the scheduling tied to our e mail is good for those of us who work from home. The claristory light is airy and spacious

Dentist is clean and comfortable. They are detailed and gave me 3 option for addressing my treatment. Only gave them a 4 simply because no one is perfect, but they are very good.

The practice is clean and welcoming. The staff and dental assistants are always warm and friendly. Cleanings are quick. My biggest complaint is scheduling. I always schedule my next appointment 6 months out, and just before the appointment date I have been notified they cancelled the appointment and will have to reschedule. It happens, I get it, but this has happened a few times now, and I've only been going there roughly 2 years. Rescheduling is a pain because they are so busy and can't fit you in for months beyond the originally scheduled appointment. The most recent time this happened I was lucky enough to get an appointment the next day, but in the middle of my workday, which means I have to take PTO now. Then because I need fillings on both sides of my jaw I have to have two separate appointments, which again are months away. I've never been to a dentist that makes me schedule separate appointments for two fillings, and then makes me wait months for the fillings, which allows the decay to get worse. It's been a while since I've needed fillings so maybe this is the norm now, but it's very inconvenient as well as painful for the patient. That said, the people there are always professional as well as friendly, and the cleanings are quick and thorough.

West York Dental Care provided fantastic service. They made sure I was comfortable, at ease, and knowledgeable about the procedures being done. The office staff worked with me through the billing process and made sure I was getting my maximum benefit from my insurance. I would recommend to anybody looking for a new dental practice.

Moved to area told couldn't get appointment for 3 weeks but would put me on a list of someone cancels okay understood then they call me 4 days before say I need to reschedule and earliest appointment is 2 months out WHAT stay away bad business !!!
