Dr. Sims and staff were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very happy with the visit. I needed a repair and they accommodated me ASAP as a new patient. I highly recommend his practice.

Like most people, I get very anxious before a dental visit and Dr. Sims put me at ease. He took the time to get to know me and understand the cause of my anxiety. I've never in my adult life had a doctor be so thorough with his initial consultation. At the end of our conversation I felt like I was in good hands and would be well taken care of. His staff is professional, warm and welcoming. Michelle, was the hygienist who performed my teeth cleaning and was fantastic. Dameda and Angelica were so pleasant and friendly. They really made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Sims to anyone who is looking for quality dental care.

I absolutely love Dr. Sims and his lovely team! I was soooo afraid to have any dental work done and he takes such good care of me I barely feel anything ever! He saved my mouth!!!

Just had my first appointment with Dr Sims. I was really nervous since he was going to remove a root canal that had cracked. There are no words to express how relaxed and comfortable he made me feel...and NO PAIN. Dr. Sims is the GREATEST.

Please avoid this place! I'm not sure how long they've had this new office manager, Demeeta, but she was very unprofessional. I called trying to understand why I had a balance. They were in-network with my insurance company, therefore there is supposed to be a write off to match the agreed service terms. I was told they don't do write offs, but that's illegal. I asked to speak to another representative because I felt she was not trying to help me and she was attitudinal, and I was told to have a good day and was hung up on..... I still have no clarity on why I have a balance.

Another excellent experience with a professional staff. Appointment was on time for my 4-month cleaning. I would recommend that anyone new to the area or looking for a dentist contact West Vinings Dental Aesthetics.

Dr. Sims is a class act! He has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom in his area of expertise. He truly cares about his patients. I wasn't even his patient, and called his practice after hours. He called me back within minutes and spoke to me about my wisdom tooth pain and saw me the very next day as his first appointment of the day! He has since bonded my sons chipped tooth and made it look better than any other dentist has in the past! Everyone at his practice is friendly, professional, and diversity is well represented. I'm so happy I found this dentist and his practice!

This is the best dentist I've had! The first visit was long as he gets to understand the needs of your dental hygiene.. the staff are also amazing.. no one loves the dentist.. but he makes you feel at ease..

Great dentist. Spends time answering your serious questions. Kees prices at a reasonable level and office staff is efficient and friendly. See you in 6 months Dr. Sims!

I was very nervous about the work that needed to be done, but I didn't feel a thing!!! Not even the injections! Dr Sims and dental assistant Hilda are wonderful! The front desk staff is pleasant and friendly!
