I somehow ended up with a terrible debilitating toothache. We had just been through hurricane Ian and it had taken out the offices of my family dentist. I didn't know what to do. I began to cold call other offices seeking help. My first five calls were a huge disappointment but number six was a Godsend. Immediately Upon speaking with Amanda I knew I found help. Less than an hour later, I am in the offices of "West Villages Dental Care", and in less than another hour I found myself in oral surgery. Dr. Bernitt and Zach, his attending tech, spent the next 3 hours fixing me, never once leaving my side. These people are amazing! I am forever grateful and I HIGHLY recommend these people. They took in a complete stranger and treated him like he was family. I can't be more pleased with every aspect of my visit. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After a crown was pulled off my tooth eating a piece of gummy candy, West Villages Dental got me in as a new patient the same day, were very friendly, professional, and fixed the issue at a very reasonable cost. Dr. Wylan Bernitt is awesome.

I have been going to West Villages Dental for the past 18 months. Dr Bernitt and his team do a wonderful job. In addition to routine care, I have also had Invisalign and am very pleased with the results. Dr Bernitt is attentive and an excellent dentist.

Dr. Bernitt is simply wonderful and as well as being caring and confident he is also a perfectionist. I had major restorative work done and the aesthetic result is just stunning. The entire team puts you totally at ease and the office is so clean and inviting. Soni, the lead dental assistant is extraordinary and highly skilled. She and Dr. Bernitt both have a very calm and comforting way about them and the experience of care you receive is amazing. Thank you!

I had scheduled my kids dental appointment at the end of August for 10/7. West Villages Dental just called on 10/5 to let me know my appt was canceled because as of September they changed the policy relative to age of kids they were seeing. While I can understand a policy change, I do not understand why patients with scheduled appts were not notified as soon as the policy took effect. I've wasted 5 weeks of waiting and could have schedule a visit elsewhere. What's worse is that my son fell on his bike 2 days ago and hit his tooth. In the midst of the hurricane aftermath, I didn't look to rush him to a dentist banking on the 10/7 appointment. What a horrible way to treat prospect patients with total disregard.

My Dental Hygienist Jane transferred to this office. I followed her, not even knowing what dentist I would have. (She's that good!) The office staff is great, pleasant and helpful. Soni is an absolute gem and took great care of me. She is kind, caring, and professional. Sheref Gadalla, DMD walked into my dental bay and introduced himself as my dentist and took the time to answer questions. He is so nice and made me feel at ease. He repaired/saved a broken tooth that my previous dentist said she wouldn't touch. I never thought I would say this, but I look forward to going to my next dental appointment.

I got referred to this dental office from a friend and I'm so happy I did because I've never felt so comfortable . Dr.Bernett and his assistant Allison where amazing . Very easy going and extremely informative on any questions I had . I got a temp crown that has not been giving me any issues at all and oddly enough I look forward to going back and finishing up my dental work ! 10 out of 10 SERVICE

I cannot speak more highly of this office. Special shout out to Betsy, Allison, and Dr. Gadalla for their over the top services. My husband and I felt very welcomed at this office. The place is super clean and equipped with state of the art instruments for your oral care needs. The entire staff is extremely professional, very comprehensive, friendly and make you feel comfortable. The dr was very attentive and thorough during my examination. He was prompt and straight to the point; which I can definitely appreciate! They explained to me step by step the procedures my husband would need and put him at ease. Highly recommend! I'm so happy to have found my new primary dental office! I wish I could give 6 stars for their knowledge and impeccable service provided! Thank you

Wow! What an organized and amazing team. Personable, sweet and comforting during my appointment. They use all the latest dental technology, which provided me with a visual understanding of my dental health. I definitely recommend West Villages Dental Care!

Was a bit disappointed. I made an appointment 6 months ago for a cleaning. I received at least 1 text message and email everyday, for 2 weeks, reminding me of this appointment. Then the morning of my appointment, I get a call asking if I can come in 3 hours earlier, "the hygienist wants to leave early." Seriously?! Number 1, I work. I had to get up at 4am so I could leave my job early to make it to my cleaning. Number 2, you couldn't let me know this during the 2 weeks I had been reminded of the appointment?! Number 3, I would understand if she had an emergency, however, she did this 6 months ago at my last cleaning appointment...asked if I would come in earlier. Number 4, if you don't want to work Friday afternoons, do NOT schedule appointments!! Now I have to find another dentist that has afternoon appointments. What do people do if they work? We are NOT all retired!! GRRRRRRR

All the staff are very nice. I have been seeing Dr. Gadalla. He is very nice, explains what needs to be done. I would highly recommend them.
