There are times when I find myself being more than an endodontist to my patients. Sometimes I am a teacher, and sometimes I am a psychologist. I know that many of my patients want some reassurance that everything is going to be fine. The best way I can providethat is by educating them and providing a gentle touch.
Dr. Yabroudi received his Undergraduate degree from Cerritos College in Norwalk, California then later went on to earn his Doctor of Dentistry Degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 1995.
Dr. Yabroudi is also a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association as well as the Arizona Dental Association. Additionally, he has been awarded the Best Dentist Award in 2004, the Pierre Fauchard Award and has also been featured on the Doctors of Dentistry magazine.
Dr. Robert D. Carpenter was an Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Midwestern University for nine years before re-entering private practice. Dr. Carpenter graduated with honors from Siena College in Loudonville, New York and Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Carpenters postdoctoral training included an internship at Bronx Municipal Hospital and residencies at both Maimonides Medical Center and New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident in the Facial Architect Center.
He is the former chairperson of the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) for the SIG for dental implants. He is currently the president of the Arizona Chapter of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr Carpenter is also a national and international lecturer as well as an instructor on dental implants and bone grafting.
Dr. Paul Northup received his undergraduate degree at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He attended dental school at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, and completed his residency for endodontic certification at the University of Nebraska.
Dr. Northup practiced endodontic dentistry in western Colorado from 1994 until 2019 when he moved to the Valley. He is member in good standing of The American Association of Endodontists, The American Dental Association, The Colorado Dental Association. In 2008, Dr. Northup was named by his peers as one of Colorados best dentists as reported by top Dentists.
Later he completed a four-year oral surgery residency program at Ft Lewis with the US Army where he was the chief resident. Upon completion of residency he worked as an oral surgeon for the US Army for four years.
Dr. Percy Twine Jr. is originally from Chesapeake, Virginia. Dr. Twine attended Pennsylvania State University where he completed his Bachelors and Masters degree in Food Science discipline focused on all technical aspects of food. Food science incorporates concepts from many different fields including microbiology, chemical engineering, biochemistry and many others.
Upon the completion of his graduate studies at Penn State, Dr. Twine decided to pursue a career in dentistry. He attended The University of Pennsylvania for his dental training. Dr. Twine continued his specialty training in Endodontics at Louisiana State University.
Dr. Twine is currently a member of the Arizona Dental Association, and is board-eligible for the American Association of Endodontics. He also enjoys teaching and is faculty at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Dr. Twine and his family reside in Phoenix and love the Central Phoenix area. Most Sundays in the fall, you will find the Twine family cheering on their favorite NFL team, The Pittsburgh Steelers.

They were able to get me an appointment quickly that worked with my teacher schedule. I've gone to them twice and I trust them to go back if I ever need to in the future. (Fingers crossed I don't have to, though)

I had a growth on my gums so I made an appointment with Sunny Porter. I have to say it was one of the best dental experiences I have had. I felt no pain at all. Giselle was the assistant and she did a wonderful job. She was very kind and just a joy to be around! I am just so thankful to God that I found them! I definetly recommend this dental offfice!

Dr Carpenter is a great surgeon, his staff are very professional an knowledgeable. They explained to me all the details during and after surgery. The surgery room very comfortable and clean. I didn't even need pain killer after the surgery. Healed fully in matter of few days. I highly recommand Dr Carpenter for all your oral surgery needs. Thank you Dr Carpenter and staff!

I would not recommend this place to anybody. When I came in yesterday for a consult I was given specific instructions for my next day surgery. I was told that since I will be given anesthesia I will need a ride home from a family member. I have informed the staff that am here visiting from Tucson in order to help take care of my infant grandson and that my daughter will have to come in with a baby in order to pick me up but she can't be waiting in the office for entire surgery duration since the child is very young and we are in the middle of pandemic. Clinic staff told me that it is fine as long as she comes to pick me up and they physically can see me getting into her car. This morning I have experience a COMPLETELY different scenario. I showed up to the clinic in the morning and was REFUSED to be operated on ( the staff I was talking to yesterday weren't there) since their story has changed and now they told me that they require my daughter to come with me before surgery as well to sign some papers. I told them that it is a very different story from what I have been told yesterday and the baby is sleeping and my daughter can only pick me up after the surgery like we agreed with yesterday's staff. Again, I was pretty much told that I am a lier since I was given those instructions yesterday and they refuse to operate unless my daughter comes in right away despite that I was in extreme pain for the past few days and really needed this surgery. The whole situation was extremely inconsiderate and I have never felt so disrespected. Will be taking my business to a different clinic.

The billing practices at this company are very shady. I was told by both my insurance and this provider that the services provided for my daughter in the summer of 2020 would be covered. Fast forward to end of Feb 2022 and I received a bill for $1800. I am not giving them 1 star because my insurance didn't pay, but rather because they are not providing me with ample time to look into the situation despite the fact that I wasn't billed for over a year and a half. Apparently they started sending me bills in Dec 2021 (18 MONTHS after the service) which were returned as undeliverable because I had moved. Once they located me and I received my first bill, I immediately called to request time to follow up with my insurance but they indicated I will be sent to collections if I don't pay $600 within 6 weeks. I immediately submitted an appeal to my insurance and have opened a case with the AZ Insurance Commissioner but I am still waiting to hear back. I am now at risk of being sent to collections while they are taking no ownership for their part in it where they didn't bill me for 18 months. Go elsewhere if you would like honest billing practices!!!

CALL and Schedule your appointment today! Dr. Carpenter diagnosed my issue within 30 seconds; when two other dentists and an ENT doctor were not able to. Excellent, affordable, trustworthy and honest. I have had two surgeries with Dr. Carpenter. Both procedures went well; minimal swelling and pain. This doctor is knowledgeable in his field. He will be my oral surgeon for life and I will refer everyone I know. Thank you Dr Carpenter. Also the staff; from the front office to the back office; they are personable; helpful and professional. THANK YOU TO EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU for making each visit positive.

I called to make an appointment for my son and was on hold so long it gave me an opportunity to take a look at the reviews and it was very disappointing. I actually asked about it when she came back to line and the staff was very rude and told me they provide a service and if I don't like the reviews I can go somewhere else.

Dr Carpenter and his staff are wonderful! My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, not only did the procedure go well but they did such an amazing job making her feel comfortable! I can not thank them enough.

I was EXTREMELY worried about my wisdom teeth removal. I had 6 of them. When I arrived today for my surgery 2 young ladies helped me get ready for my surgery and they made me feel very comfortable. I don't even remember falling asleep and when I woke up i couldn't believe it was done already. Excellent job, and thank you very much to doctor carpenter!

To start off, I called for an appointment and was told that they took my insurance. Great. I set up an app and went in. Paid my copay and nothing else was said to me about that. The first problem was that they work from two offices, I am closer to the Goodyear one but was told to get the molding for my night guard that i had to go to the camelback one. Fine ill go there. 3 weeks later i go for my app to get my night guard fitted and it does not fit, So I have to do the mold again. My next app was 3 weeks after that and it turns out they have the guard at the Goodyear office and they schedule me at the camelback one, so I wait there over an hour so someone can drive it to the camelback office. Not great but its fine im understanding of the situation at that point. But wait there's more. I go in at least 4-5 times and am never told that my insurance is actually not covering any of my work.... So months later, after i stopped going there i get a bill for $782! Ok im thinking this must be a mistake right, NOPE, they never told me that my insurance had rejected my treatment. So I call and speak to a Veronica and she tells me she's going to submit my treatment to my health insurance to see if they can pay for it. So that is SEP 2021, fast forward to Jan I never heard back, i email them to see what going on, NO email response, a couple days later i get a letter with a bill and it stating if i don't pay it within 15 days ill go to collections. So i call the office again and i speak to a lady named Claudia I believe, she pretty much takes no responsibility and says i signed the treatment plan where it states that the price was an estimate and so they can't do anything so ill have to pay for the bill. I was told i would get a call from the regional manager but 2 days later no call. Overall a treatment for a night guard cost me over 1000 which is ridiculous. If I Would have been told since the beginning that my insurance might not cover my treatment i would have declined services. Terrible experience.

I checked in early filled out paperwork and sat there for an hour and they didn't inform me that they couldn't get a hold of my insurance carrier. Better communication would have been appreciated.

I was very nervous, but Dr Carpenter and the staff assured me that I was in good hands. 3,2,1 and I was out. Highly recommend this great group of professionals! Thanks again West Valley!

I am very pleased with my experience at this office. I was seen for a root canal with Dr. Yabroudi. He is excellent and made me feel very comfortable despite the amount of anxiety I had. He worked with me the whole time and helped make this experience a very happy and comfortable experience. His staff is excellent, always friendly and very attentive. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience! Definitely recommend Dr. Yabroudi for root canals!

I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not an option. He doesn't even deserve the one star. Their office is horrible. I've been lied to several times. Getting a simple wisdom teeth with sedation authorization approved is a nightmare. Which I know they know how as they did it a year ago. To make me pay $90 for someone in TX to read an x-ray and yet it's been almost two months and no results!!! When speaking with my insurance company about the authorization they said that Dr. Carpenters office has submitted the claim for payment when they haven't done the work yet. It's terrible that the manager doesn't know how to return a phone call. I would call their corporate office but apparently they don't have one. This place is a disgrace. I will be telling EVERYONE I know to NOT go to this practice as they are liars and thieves.
