Our dental office has referred patients to West Valley Endodontics for over 20 years. All the doctors are highly skilled and they make what can be a difficult situation simple. The office staff is also great. The assistants make the patients feel comfortable and at ease. The front office personnel are also capable and efficient in their duties. Our patients always return to our office saying what great service and care they received during their root canal treatment. We highly recommend this group.

Dr Stein completely saved my 8 year old daughters permanent front teeth. She performed a very difficult to park procedure on my daughter, and was really wonderful. She was extremely professional, kind, precise and most importantly genuinely cared- which is hard to find in medicine anymore. Thank you Dr Stein!

my 79 year old mom ended up at this office since it was close to her home and the reviews were good. warning !!!! worst place ever. Dr. Barry Vilkin did a lousy job on her root canal which resulted her having pain in the gum area even after root canal. when contacted them , there was no way they were taking any responsibility for her on going pain and kept referring her to a gum surgeon saying there is a little nerve left up there. long story short she ended up loosing the tooth since after his lousy job the tooth was extracted. they charged her $1200 for the bad job plus she [paid another $450 to get it extracted. wait that is not the end of it. even after the tooth was extracted, she continues to have pain and ended up at an oral surgery center which the doctor confirmed the pain she is still experiencing is from the root canal and they never cleaned it properly and have left some nerve ending or part of the root that contuse to bother her. Please do not step in this place. they are nice and phony on the phone and will not take care of you if you end up with any issues. Shame on a system that allows for such s doctors to exist and take advantage of our elderly citizens. I give this place a zero.

This practice group is phenomenal, from the front office staff, technicians to the dentists! Dr. Stein did my root canal. When one says root canal, you don't think the most pleasant of thoughts. But my procedure was the most pleasant dental experience of my life. The nearly silent drill was painless. Dr. Stein had me out of there very quickly. This may sound unbelievable but I experienced ZERO pain and/or swelling after the root canal. So thank you, Dr. Stein!
