Disrespectful staff who always answer calls for appointment. So, I just canceled mine. No thank you!

I think I almost died on Dr. Lee's chair. I came in for a root canal, she was administering lidocaine into my gums when one of my arms began to go limp and I couldn't move the side of my face. I began to slur my words and was having double vision. When I told her what I was experiencing, Dr. Lee told me to calm down and wait a few minutes and left to talk to her assistant then heard them attend to another client. I then lost my speech and was trying to call for their help without success. I couldn't move. They left me there for a while without calling an ambulance or asking if I was ok since she was busy doing another procedure on someone else. I didn't realize what I was experiencing and thought that was minor symptoms of lidocaine and thought she knew when to call 911 if I needed it. I later found out that I was having a stroke due to her Injection site or amount of lidocaine. My symptoms finally began to go away after 10 minutes. She came back and said "feel better?" then she continued her root canal procedure. I am in total shock to learn later what I was experiencing was not normal and how they did not call 911. Still haunts me to this day. Horrible place.

Dr.lee is great. She has amazing staff that are very nice and welcoming. Office is always nice and clean and she does great work. I have been going to her for a couple years now and now my whole family goes to Dr.Lee she also did great with 8year old. I highly recommend West Valley Dental

Dr. Lee is the best dentist I've ever had. Before I was so afraid of going to a dentist I put it off for 10yrs, eventually I had to find a dentist and it was a horrible experience looking for one. I went to 5 different dentists before finding Dr. Le. They made me feel like I was at a used car dealer. Using sale tactics to instil fear to make me believe I needed more than which was required. Trying to convince me that I needed the most expensive procedures to save my smile. Treating me like I was just someone they can make money off of. I just about gave up hope of finding a good and honest dentist. But then I found Dr. Le and it was unlike any experience I've ever had. Le and her staff are kind, patient, willing to work with you. I never felt pressured to get any procedure which wasn't absolutely required. Dr. Le really takes the attention to detail to make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure, taking the extra time to let the numbing kick in, if I ever showed signs of discomfort during she would stop and ask if I needed to sit-up to breathe, if I was in pain, ect. This is a dentist office who really cares about your well being, if you are afraid of going to the dentist like I was. This is the place for you. I had 10 cavities filled, 1 extraction, 1 root canal, and 1 cap placed in a little under 3months and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Brought my wife to DR. Lee and she was extremely rude and condescending to my wife on both visits. My Wife was scheduled for a deep clean and was not advised that her insurance did not cover any numbing solution for her gums. Lee told my wife that she did not use numbing solution because she had "covered California" Furthermore, Lee had my wife hold her own water suction tube, as Lee proceeded with the cleaning procedure, which was very unprofessional. There should of been a dental assistant in the room to do that job. We will no longer be giving Lee our business due to her unprofessionalism and condescending remarks that she has illustrated to us on both occasions. We are surprised that she is still in business considering she treats her patients like this. Absolutely, horrible service and disrespect. If we could give her 0 stars we would.

Dr. Le and her team were fantastic. This was my first visit to the dentist in a few years and they showed great hospitality and care. Everything from the scheduling of appointment, dealing with insurance, check-up and cleaning was smooth. Looking forward to the next visit and having a permanent place to always go to. :)

West Valley Dental is a great place for comfortable dental care. If there is one thing I look for in a dentist, it's someone whose judgement you can trust: Dr. Linda Le has that. Dr. Le is such an easy person to talk to and is really funny. More importantly, she goes above and beyond caring for your teeth. She explains everything clearly and I never feel discouraged to ask questions. Her staff are also knowledgeable, help keep up an environment that is friendly/professional, and most importantly for me, they are not intimidating. Even if you don't floss/brush, they encourage you to care for yourself without belittling you. The office itself is also nice and clean. Easy to find parking. And the temperature is just right, not too cold or hot. I recommend this office to anyone interested in finding the right place to help care for their own oral health!

Dr. Le and her staff were amazing! First time being back to the dentist in a couple years and they were very through and nice to deal with. First did teeth cleaning and followed up with a cavity fill. They took the time to call the insurance and get it all figured out. I highly recommended anyone to take their family to this dental office!

I have been going to Dr. Le for the past 13 years! She is always excited to see me and recalls our conversations from every visit. I look forward to my check-ups every 6 months and have always been impressed with her impeccable customer service! Her entire staff is friendly and always responsive to my calls and inquiries. Even though I now live in Modesto, I STILL schedule my appointments with Dr. Le in Tracy. West Valley Dental is by far the best dentist you will find in Tracy, Ca. You're the best Dr. Le!!! =]

Been coming here for 13 years now. I've had a lot of work done but I love how great the cleaning is. The staff are very helpful, nice and never trying to up sale you. I send everyone I know here.

My dental experience here at west valley dental has been amazing so far. Both the staff and the doctor (Dr. Le) are so kind and friendly. Personally I have a fear of shots so when I heard I had to get a shot to numb my gums for a filling, I absolutely FREAKED out. Dr. Le and her team were so quick to comfort me with kind words. In the end, I didn't feel anything! Overall I think West Valley Dental has given me the best dental experience and I highly doubt that I will stop seeing Dr. Le and her team anytime soon.
