The staff and dentist at West Town Dental care are all great! I would highly recommend them to everyone, as they are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My wait to be seen was very short, and I am very pleased with the work that was done on cleaning my teeth today by the new hygienist Lauren.

After a year of being a patient at this location. I endured, what can best be described as passive aggressive extortion and patient neglect! "Dr." Patel, ignored my expressed pain and concerns, after she conducted a procedure that was designed to repair a cavity, with protection of a cap. After she and her aid Kayla serviced me at this appointment. I was contacted by her office, with a follow up call, to check my status. I expressed to them that I was experiencing great pain, and advised I needed to be seen as soon as possible. (Considering I had another appointment scheduled there in two weeks for the placement of my permanent crown) I was informed if they had a cancellation I would be notified but in the mean time "Dr" Patel would prescribe antibiotics. Two weeks pass.I'm still in pain and have completed the antibiotic that we're prescribed to me. Due time restraints out of my control I arrive to my scheduled appointment 20 minutes late, but was advised by the front desk clerk,(after calling in advance to make them aware of the uncontrollable delay) to come in anyways. When I get to my appointment, "Dr" Patel attempts to reject my appointment, until I informed her of what her staff approved and communicated... Reluctantly, I'm seen and before taken to the patient room for my appointment. Kayla,( dental assistant) informs me that an X-ray is needed, per request of Patel. While getting to perform the X-ray I first inform Kayla of the continuous pain and my thoughts on what may have caused it. X-rays completed, & now sitting in the patient room. I'm informed, from Kayla that permanent cap has not arrived and that they wouldn't be able to complete my procedure. Along comes "Dr"Patel who says, we'll I mentioned to you that a root canal may be needed and that's what's causing your pain, according to your X-ray. Because everything looks fine.... Long story short. After scheduling and completing the root canal (which was NOT needed) my pain worsens!!The right side of my face fully swells!! And when I notify Westtowne Dental they basically prescribe me stronger antibiotics with a steroid as the "solution", and 1200 dollars later. Which could've been avoided, had "Dr.Patel" led with a more knowledgeable process and procedures to follow. (Which I'm sure was taught in medical school) Instead of jumping straight to the most extreme, risky, and expensive route to her patient. Before eliminating the minor potential causes first, this nightmare of an experience could've been avoided! And the add insult to injury. While at the root canal appointment I informed "Dr.Patel" that would NOT return as a patient of Westtowne dental due to her combative approach and neglect of my concerns and painful experience. Only for her to turn around and type a personal letter that she gave me at the end of my appointment on yesterday, that she explained as. Her wanting her patients to be comfortable and since I've expressed not feeling comfortable she's "terminating" her rights as my dentist. Something that was not needed as I already made crystal clear i had no desire to return to such an deceptive and ill experienced practice! I highly recommend you seek other options before allowing this young lady play around in your mouth, with your emotions, or money!

Actually my best dental visit I've ever had. Im used to being in so much pain during and after my cleaning but the hygienist (and the young lady assisting her) was amazing. Im sure this speaks to the efficacy and precision care I received. The entire time she expressed concerned of the process causing me pain and complimented how well I was handling it but she handled me with care. Dr. Patel also did great with educating me on the status of my oral health and ensuring I knew what to do to see improved health on my next visit. She also engaged at the front as if she was one of the aids or clerical staff. Had no idea she was the dentist until she came in to brief me at the end of my cleaning. I plan on sending my entire family (wife n children) there.

I am thoroughly pleased with the West Town Dental Care staff. Brianna ,the hygienist was so professional yet personable and kind. Dr. Patel was professional and kind as well. Dr. Patel and staff were very professional and caring. They explained what they were doing and what they recommended for my treatment and an estimate of what I would have to pay. I appreciated them getting me in as quickly as they did as I was new .

This is a great dental office. It's clean and stylish. Dr. Patel and her staff are friendly and down to earth- no blame & shame. They handle dental anxiety very well and are great with pain management.

So, I was in a difficult situation with needing a same day appt with possible treatment of cavity and I called many,many office and no one was able to accommodate me. This office did just that and how thankful I was . I appreciate the clean and tidy office. The staff at the front desk was just amazing . Now let's talk about the dental assistant hands down was very knowledgeable and very kind and made me very comfortable and cozy, she took her time with me and answered all my questions. Thank you.. Okay, next let's talk about the dental hygienist she was so easy going she made me feel like I have been coming there for years. She did such a amazing job.... So we save the best for Last. Dr. Patel THANK YOU. You have such a amazing bed side manner. I appreciate you and how you did not rush the visit and especially how you took the time to educate me. That truly means alot to me. And while keeping me extremely comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist You have set the standards of excellence in your office .

This was my first visit to West Town Dental Care. The dental hygienist, Breana, was the best ever. Gentle, caring, and thorough. The Dentist, Dr. Patel, was thorough in her exam and I was very comfortable with her. This Dentist came highly recommended and I agree.

Highly recommend... I took my 11 years old son for his six months clean for the first time. Until now we visited pediatric dentist. Loved dental hygenist, Alyssa, as well as Dr. Patel. As we were walking out my son tells me best visit ever. I think that sums it up well and definitely coming back again.
