Dr. Elgeddawi received his Bachelors Degree in Biology from George Mason University. In 2014, he completed his Doctorate Degree in Dental Surgery at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington D.C. From there, Dr. Elgeddawi completed a one-year general practice residency at Columbia-Harlem Hospital in NYC. During this time, he received extensive training in cosmetic dentistry, periodontal surgery, and endodontic therapy.
Additionally, Dr. Elgeddawi completed the Washington D.C. American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) Maxi Course certification. The Maxi Course is an extensive training program in implant dentistry, and is amongst one of the most honorable certificates in implant dentistry.
Dr. Elgeddawi is also certified in the Chao Pinhole Surgical Technique. This is a scalpel-free, suture-free procedure for correcting gum recession. Dr. Elgeddawi is also certified in Invisalign treatment, which is an alternative orthodontic method using clear aligners to correct crooked teeth.

I recently got a lot problems with my teeth and I could not wish for the better place to go! I am a very needy patient and they always kept me satisfied! Amazing team of professionals and dr. Aly saved my smile! I highly recommend West Springfield Smiles! I was just treating my root canal today, it was absolutely painless and I went to work straight after!

Doc Aly and his crew are awesome! Everyone is super professional with great "bedside" manner". In addition to explaining everything they're going to do during the procedure (so you know what to expect), they are also very gentle (unlike my old dentist who tried to fit their whole arm inside my mouth and often left me bruised.) And rather than "look for things" to charge you for, they point out potential problems and tell you "we need to watch this and if it gets worse, here are your options." Really nice not having a dentist who always looks for things to charge you for. And they're prompt!! Can't recommend them enough.!!

Dr. Elgaddawi and his staff are very personable and very professional. I always look forward to seeing Dr. E, Karina, Lydia, Bella and Lydia. From dental implants to cleanings, they each do a superb job of caring for my teeth. If there is an insurance question they sort it out. I highly recommend West Springfield Smiles!

Dr. E and his amazing team have been so helpful. I had quite a lot of damage done many years ago in an accident. Dr. E helped fix my gums, tooth and had worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly. The team there is great. I recommend them!
