Such A great little office , Staff is super friendly , I have such bad anxiety. when it comes to the dentist , Dr. Stella Minster is so gentle. not to mention she was the only one who got me in super fast when i broke my tooth.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This place is an absolute joke. The dentist was beyond rude and had snarky comments to make. Spiders crawling on the floor in the waiting room, not to mention there is no sense of privacy the operating rooms are right next to the waiting room with the doors open. "Family dental" I would never take anyone I love and care about here.

The worse doctor visit I have ever had in the 32 years of living in America . Yes , the place is nice and clean but that has nothing to do with Dr M. No Professionalism, she has no communications skills extremely rude, and very unprofessional. Walking into the room not saying a basic " Hi " is extremely unprofessional I would not recommend her to anyone .

Dr. Minster and the staff are awesome. Every time any member of my family goes to WS Family Dental, they get the best possible care. I highly recommend!!!!

Worst place I've ever been. I don't recommend this place for no emergency walk in. I called for pain in my root canal. Told her everything about it. Asked for my insurance through the phone, I gave her the name and info and told me to go in for 12:30 I come in, do some paper work and waited. All for her to have me sit in the chair, tap on my tooth that I have serious pain in to tell me my insurance doesn't cover for it and that I will have to pay for it. I have no problem paying for it but for her to have me wait that long just to tell me that instead of saying it on the phone really isn't professional. I go to a private dental office and it's accepted there it's no difference with her office. She just wanted a quick buck. My doctor office was closed and I couldn't wait much longer. Never again.

I'm going to tell you that I have always been afraid of dentists why most of them are very ruff with their patience and they don't care about you only about getting you out A$AP $$$ ... But This Dentist Takes her time & has the softest hands , I mean every procedure that she did on me was painless so this the reason that I recommend Doctor Minster all day everyday... Best Dentist
