I've been coming here since I was a little kid, and I've always been treated so well by the receptionists, doctors, and staff. I've never had a bad experience here, even till now as an adult. Thank you all so much!!!

I would highly recommend this place. Dr Alvi is the best. I am petrified of dentists. She has always put me at ease and is very understanding.

I used to hate the dentist but this place is always great! Been coming here for years since I got my braces off. Front desk staff are super nice and accommodating and I've never had an issue with any hygienists or dentists. The space is always clean and professional. 10/10!

Please do not come here. As a former employee, the environment there is so hostile and stiff. dr. Alvi has to be one of the most self centered, BORING, rudest people I have ever met. She's very micromanaging, and always nitpicking around the work. She has no consideration of anyones time or needs. Honestly the job is not worth you time. That goes for the front office manager as well. Asly. The rudest person I have ever met. Just plain disgusting. I hated it here so much that I only lasted one week. Please don't come here!!!

Do not go here. I had to change my dentist as I moved to Somerville and my previous dentist office would be too much of a trek for me. I was able to get an appointment the same day at this office and now that I've gone, I can understand why. I had three different people working on my teeth. They took about 20 X-Rays of my teeth when my old dentist office took about 4 max. When the dentist came in to work on my teeth, the whole process felt rushed and rough. I've never felt pain when going to the dentist, but there was just carelessness in the process, hitting slightly exposed roots of my teeth that are sensitive and also spraying water all over my face in the process. The dentist proceeded to tell me it was clear I had great dental hygiene and in the same breath told me I had 5 cavities. He took very minimal time to explain and suggested I get fluoride treatment which I then asked the next person working on my teeth if it was extra, which it was. Hard pass. I take exceptionally good care of my teeth. I brush, floss, and use mouth wash every single day. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 months, so I expected perhaps more build up than usual, but to be told I suddenly had 5 cavities was shocking. I haven't had a cavity for well over a decade. I immediately figured something was fishy, and asked for a second opinion which they were sure to offer me "free of charge" with another dentist in the office. There was no way I was getting a second opinion from someone in that office, and I immediately emailed after leaving the office to request they send my X-Rays to my old dentist office. Do not go here. They are trying to get as much money out of you as possible which will only result in you needing even more work done to your teeth so that the cycle only continues. It's a terrible practice and quite frankly this place should be shut down for the safety, well-being, and wallets of their customers.

Once you take the time and find a good dental office, you will forget you ever knew this place existed. Take your smile elsewhere.

As a former employee , I only worked there 3 months but I HIGHLY recommend you looking for somewhere else to go. This is the worst most unprofessional ever experience I have ever had at a job. I've had great relationships with all my bosses and managers to the point where I was offered previous jobs again due to my work ethic. At my interview I was greeted by the most friendly front desk staff, especially Hiba! My first day on the job and there on , Dr Alvi had been extremely cold and rude and I feel as though everyone should be respected and treated with kindness no matter the "class". She constantly rolled her eyes when I would respond to questions. She also would plainly not answer and walk away when I would ask questions about patients that I truly did not know. I honestly felt extremely uncomfortable and under appreciated, as i'm sure many of my colleagues felt after having conversations with them, manager included. I was taught to take patients based off the amount of production they made the business. I've been to so many amazing dentists. This isn't it. Sorry everyone isn't the presidents daughter

I was misdiagnosed and overcharged. Even though I had serious problems with exposed nerves and infected gums a coupe years ago, they put me through a cleaning, which was quite painful, after which they charged me a couple thousand dollars, then they gave me a bill of 30k+ to fix everything that was wrong with my mouth. I'm giving an additional star in case they have more competent doctors that work there whom I didn't interact with.
