I had a emergency and couldn't make it to my appointment the lady was extremely rude and told me they will never see me again , I have Giesinger they are extremely hard to get seen with and I can't believe they did this they need to fire that lady or just close down

Very pleasant people I have dealt with a lot since moving into this community finding a dentist that is pleasant in Wilkes-Barre PA a hassle thank you Dr.Grossman you made my search worth it.

I just called to make an appointment for my kids and was told immediately " we have a problem" from the receptionist. I said why? She said you cancelled your appointment. I cancelled because it snowed with ice, so the kids had virtual. I called 24 hours before. Unsafe conditions to drive. A month ago I cancelled because one of my kids was sick. Really? Unbelievable customer service. Apparently they don't need the business. Extremely disappointed on how I was treated. I never cancel any appointments unless absolutely necessary.

Apparently you are not able to ever get sick while being a patient at this dental office. You are not able to reschedule more than 2 appointments in a 6 month period. I don't mean a no-show, I'm talking about calling them because I was sick to reschedule. When I called because I had bronchitis she told me "I don't care! That's not our problem." Even though I only rescheduled 2 times before and both times were month's apart the dentist still won't see me which is unreasonable. I guess they would rather have something as contagious as bronchitis passed around their office than let a patient actually be sick in their own home. Their staff is so rude and unprofessional! I'll happily find a better and more professionally staffed dental office.

I have drove past this office daily and never realized it. I was in search of a new dentist for my two year old daughter. I took a chance and decided to try Dr.GROSSMAN out. Boy, am I happy I did. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite and friendly. Then when they called my daughter back, I had the pleasure of meeting probably the best assistant ever. She was so kind to my daughter, talkative and really engaged with her.After her cleaning, the doctor came in to review everything. He seemed very thorough and I appreciated his honesty. We formed a plan and I left feeling at peace with his decisions. All in all we both had an amazing experience. My daughter left excited and eager to return! That says a lot. Thank you again everyone. After a horrible experience with my child, then watching this man publicly bash the practice that actually cared for my child - I wouldn't go any near this place.

Really disrespectful receptionist , bad customer service, I was a patient at their practice, but now I'm switching to a different dental office, I don't recommend it to anyone

My new dentist, Dr. Grossman, is a miracle worker! Three weeks ago, I had my first visit with him. My top two teeth in the front had ugly cracks in them, and I had at least four bottom teeth that were literally rotting due to an appliance that was never removed when I had braces. I was embarrassed to smile. Two weeks and only TWO follow up appointments later, I have my smile back! I am in shock. The icing on the cake is that he has a sense of humor, and his staff is polite. His only drawback is that he is a Yankees fan, but I have no problem with the Bombers, so it's all good!

Dr. grossman and his secretary are terrible people and only in it for the money, the secretary tells my daughter the wrong time for an appointment and when she doesn't show up, obviously, they will no longer accept her as a patient. She has a cracked tooth and swollen glands from an infection. This dentist/ office does NOT care.
