My daughter was a patient for a tooth removal. My daughter was referred by her dentist die to high anxiety. They were very patient, very caring, very understanding, and very supportive. They also were very straight forward and offered different options. I as a parent enjoyed our experience at this office.

Felt a need to add a review here since we had a traumatic experience about 3 years ago. My 6 year old son was referred to have 2 teeth extracted. He was scared of needles so they could not get an IV going to put him out. Instead they tried the gas mask, didn't work, so next they gave him a oral medicine, waited 15 minutes, but he still wasn't out. Lastly 3 people held him down and gave him a shot in the arm. Finally he was out enough after receiving 3 different kinds of medication in a 40 minute period. Here comes the worst part.... In recovery they were in a hurry to wake him and get him out the door. They poked, pushed and even began pitching him. This is were it all went wrong. They forced this highly medicated cognitively challenged 6 year old to wake up. He became crazy, confused and most of all VIOLENT. He was swatting at everyone and throwing himself around. He hit his face on the chair and blood was going everywhere. They didn't want him there anymore so they carted home out on a wheelchair to my car. Didn't help get him in the car at all. They left me to deal with him throwing himself in my car for the 45 minute drive home. He was punching me, chocking me and kicking me all the way home. So bad that I had to pull over and cry for a few minutes so I could gain my composure. We got home and his face was covered in blood from throwing himself around. This was the most horrific experience I have ever had. We will NEVER go back and I highly recommend not to take your children there. I submitted a complaint to their office and was told they did nothing wrong and the amounts of medicine were correct for him. They took zero responsibility for how over medicated he was or not trying to help calm him before sending him home with me.

Absolute worthless place they do not do anything to help clients out in it for just the money. They had since may to get me a out of pocket cost and have done nothing will be going somewhere else

Dr. Cardon was great. I opted to be awake for my wisdom tooth extraction and everything went amazingly fast. Recovery has been great as well. The whole process was exactly what I hoped for and they helped me through my anxiety. The entire staff I met with was very helpful and kind with my questions.

I would never recommend this place, and will never go back. The lady who handles checkouts is rude and condescending. She refused to have my short term disability paperwork filled out by the dentist. She said, "you won't get it anyway". Except after repeated calls from my insurance agency she finally gave a verbal statement that I was there and what I had had done. Guess what? I was approved. Then the healing of my extraction started having EXTREME pain, and a bone started protruding from my gums. This, all a month later! After calling every day for 3 days, to be told it was all normal, they got me in to see the dentist. I waited an hour for him to look briefly with a mirror and tell me to just tough out the pain. It will heal. 2 days later I'm in tears it hurts so bad. After calling their emergency after hours number, and NEVER receiving a call back. I found another emergency dentist who actually took pictures, x-rays, and told me it wasn't going to heal. It was bone on my jaw that needed to be shaved down so the gums could shrink and heal normally. Absolutely disgusted with their office. Not to mention the absurd prices.

Everyone was super nice! The younger surgeon seemed to be in a hurry like he had no Interest in anything and didn't say anything to me. I've always been terrified of dentist but the the iv and surgery was really quick and I had a very painless surgery. So glad I was refereed here. I wasn't aware that I would be billed before insurance. My driver was told they wanted 60% of the bill up front and had to pay it for me as I was out.

Terrible experience with wisdom teeth surgery on my partner. Burn lines across his face from surgery, were very rude to the both of us, and they literally were yelling and hitting my partner saying "dude you gotta wake up, our office is gonna close soon" because his surgery took longer than expected. This was our fault why??? They rushed us out of there with very little after care explanations so we felt lost and had to turn to google for a lot of after care instructions.

So Scheduled two dentist appointments, with ZERO result. Got referred to this dump. But scheduled an appointment on Monday. Gave them my insurance information 6 times! My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. But anyway was told my insurance was fine, and not to eat or drink for 6 hours, and take off 24 hours from work and they would get my X-rays from the other dentist. Get down there, they have none of my records, never got the X-rays, and told me between 200 to 600 dollars out of pocket. Highly unimpressed to be lied to like that especially with how much pain I've got.

I called June 2021 for an appointment. Was first available September 25 2021. Ask to be notified of cancelations -- never happened. Went to the appointment talked with a very dentistnice doctor dentist He went over my medications they took an X-ray and and look in my mouth with 2 cotton swabs whole appointment took approximately 15 minutes to a 1/2 hour. Cost was $350 that I had to pay for had to pay for that period thing scheduled the oral surgery to be December 3rd of Friday 2020 21. The Tuesday prior they called and said they couldn't do my surgery on Friday because I was on blood thinners. I informed them that the dentist had looked at my medications and he was OK with what I was taking. They said I could have a problem with Bleeding and they would not be available on the weekend if I needed help I said that's OK I would go to the emergency room before I called you I want my appointment on Friday. They had to talk to the dentist he agreed that it would be fine.Thursday morning about 10 o'clock I get a call they've had a covid incident at their office and they had to close Friday. But they will be open following week and they have appointment for me on Tuesday. I said well I needed a Friday the 1st available Friday was mid January at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I said well I need the 1st appointment in the morning because I'm diabetic. They said well we cannot bump anyone because they have been waiting so long for their appointments. I'm like you bumped me and they'vewaited less time than I've have. I found their office staff very difficult to work with. I have changed and will be seeing anotwe'll be seeing another dentist to get my teeth extracted. If you have to go there don't But you'll wait forever to get an appointment and when you do you'll pay so much money it won't be worth it.. They have not refunded my money from a consultation that is totally useless to me because they are not able to perform the surgery.

I got my wisdom teeth removed today. I was very nervous to say the least, I'm a bit of a chicken haha. But the staff was very friendly and calming, from the ppl at the front desk all the way to the operation room. Dr. Mark Burye did an amazing job. I did not feel anything and he made sure I was comfortable during and after the surgery. Thank you all for making this experience as calming and comfortable as possible. I'd reccomend you guys to anyone!

Yesterday I got my wisdom teeth removed from West Shore OMS and it was such a positive experience! Like anyone else, I was nervous going into the surgery however the woman prepping me had an amazing and comforting bed-side manner! Although it was a brief interaction with the surgeon, he was a very professional and positive figure as well! I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a hospitable and professional environment! Thank you West Shore OMS.

Our experience had good and bad points. The surgery went well and did not have any issues. However, per their standard policy you are suppose to receive a low and high end cost or consultation. We did not receive any of this information. Which left us blind sided by a large bill and an out of network provider. So overall staff was friendly and surgeon did good work but we are disappointed by this breach in their "standard policy" as they said. So I recommend knowing your insurance very well and requesting everything.

I'd put 0 but that's not an option they do not work with you during a pandemic. They took all 500 out of my account without asking me I was under due to wisdom teeth removal. I could not get my pain meds for my wisdom teeth because they whipped me clean. They didnt seem to care that I couldnt get medication and my face was the size of a softball. In the end my friend ended up giving me money for my meds because they wouldn't help me or give me SOME of the money back so I can get my medication. I highly recommend giving your money else where they wouldnt even work with me on payment plan. I'll take my business else where and make sure none of my family members and friends who live near the mall never come to you guys. Never in my life have I dealt with a dentist that is so unreasonable during a pandemic or crisis or time of need.

Had an excellent experience with my 3yo who needed his tooth extracted. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left we encountered many amazing staff members including the receptionists, the nurses, and Dr Cardon. Each one of them did a truly amazing job making both me and my son feel comfortable and informed. I probably asked Dr. Cardon 5,000 questions and he took his time answering and explaining every single one of them. He was very pleasant and great with kids. My son received laughing gas and got to choose his color mask- the nurse did an amazing job interacting with him! He was so calm and genuinely liked her. He then got an IV and didn't even flinch. I was shocked (the laughing gas probably helped). The procedure took all of 4 minutes. We got his tooth in a cute little tooth shaped container. He sat in recovery with me and a different nurse for about 15 minutes and then Dr. Cardon came by to check on him and we were free to go! We so far have had no issues with aftercare and he seems to be pain free! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!
