Our practice only uses the safest, biocompatible products for our patients. We are a mercury free practice and do not use silver, amalgam fillings which contain mercury. Instead we use composite white fillings and dental sealants that do not contain Bisphenol-A. Rest assured that we are concerned with the overall health of your child.
Pediatric dentists are the pediatricians of dentistry. In addition to four years of general dental training, they have completed a minimum of two years of advanced and specialized training which uniquely qualifies them to care for children. If you are receiving care at an office offering general dentistry for children you are not seeing a pediatric dentist.

You should have seen my before and after pics! Doctor GHASSEMI is the bomb! Although my case was unusual, the results are close to perfect. The entire staff is awesome! I highly recommend Dr GHASSEMI at West Roxbury Smiles

I have been going to West Roxbury Smiles for couple years now. Dr. Ghassemi is very friendly and caring. This office is the best in terms of patient care, cleanness, and pricing. The staff are very professional as well. During the covid pandemic, they regularly sanitize the office area and dental units. Also, they make sure that you are comfortable while getting your treatment. Very affordable in compare to other nearby practices. I recommend this office to everyone.

Big Shout out to the whole Smiles crew for taking on this ADULT when her orthodontist left the practice where I go!! Dr Ghessemi is so wonderful, so kind! He takes such good care of his patients young and old! His assistants are always happy and willing to go over and above for you!!! Ohhhh and Tina!!!! Love her so much!!! Calling there and hearing her voice makes it complete!! 5 stars my friends!

Everyone in my family has gotten braces from West Roxbury Smiles and we are so happy with the service there. Tina always greets us when we come in and helps make the visit a pleasant experience. All the staff is very nice and Dr. Ghassemi is very helpful and will fix your teeth in no time. We would all highly recommend!

the one orthodontist is very creepy and makes me uncomfortable, and he is very aggressive. he seems to fix braces in a rush and never fixes any problems with them. i've been going here for 2 years and everything is fine, except him

I had a baby tooth stuck in the roof of my mouth which was very uncomfortable. After visiting some other dentists in Melrose, they all told me I would need to get surgery to remove it however Dr. Ghassemi helped bring the tooth down, saving me a lot of money, stress, and time. Having my own tooth is priceless. Great service and I now have a great smile!

We were referred to West Roxbury Smile in 2015 when our daughter needed a brace. The doctors provided a thorough explanation about all the procedures and treatment plans. We are happy with the treatment by the team and the doctors. They follow up right away with any concerns, and we always get the appointment when needed. They offered a flexible payment plan and a welcoming environment for the kids. We highly recommend this practice and all of their friendly staff.
