Dr. Modem is the proud new owner of West Roxbury Dental Arts. Dr. Srismitha Modem DMD, BDS, MS, did her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India and is from South India. Dr. Modem then pursued higher studies in US in 2001. She has an MS in Epidemiology from University of Minnesota and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
She graduated in 2005 and has been working as a general dentist for the past 10 years and has gained valuable experience in general dentistry and taking excellent care of her patients with a cheerful and friendly nature. Dr. Modem is also a Captain/ Officer in 455th medical company in the United States Army Reserve and is proud to not only take care of her patients dental health but also to serve the country.
He continued his studies at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he received his DMD. Dr. Senatore then completed his general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Senatore enjoys providing comprehensive dental care for his patients, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, root canals, dental implant restorations, cosmetic veneers, onlays, in-office and home bleaching, night guards & sports guards, removable dentures, and full mouth rehabilitation.
Dr. Senatore is Invisalign certified, and also works with patients who have sleep apnea, or have TMJ discomfort and are heavy grinders. Dr. Senatore lives in Boston, and is an avid runner and skier, and can often be found running along the Charles River. Dr. Senatore is a member of the ADA, MDS, AGD, and Alpha Omega. He also attained his fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He was also recently recognized as a 2018 Boston Top Dentist.
Meet Dr. Jake Park, our board certified periodontist! Dr. Jake graduated with a Bachelors degree in Economics from The University of Texas Austin in 2006, Doctor of Dental Surgery from Columbia University in New York City in 2011 and completed his specialty training in Periodontics at Tufts University.
Tatiana is a front desk receptionist at West Roxbury Dental Arts. She graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2017 with a B.S. in Health Sciences. With an interest in Dental Hygiene and 7+ years of Customer Service experience, she is dedicated to healthy smiles for all of our patients. In her free time she loves to travel, go on nature walks with her dog and study Astrology.
Alanna is the Executive Assistant Office Manager of West Roxbury Dental Arts. Currently, she is in her final year of Bachelors in BusinessManagement witha track in marketing at Berklee College.She is here to meet all office needs in regards to Scheduling, Continuing treatment and Assisting with applying for financing options you might be interested in. With 5+ years of Customer Service experience,sheis dedicated to making sure our patients dental needs are well taken care of above and beyond .In her free time she enjoys sustainable gardening, playing guitar and spending time out in the community enjoying nature.

Dr. Modem is so unbelievably amazing. She always makes sure you feel safe and comfortable for any visit. She even gives you a little stress ball ducky. Truly an amazing office, the front staff are incredible as well. I recommend this place to everybody.

I now have to pay out of pocket to fix the butchered job that was done. Instead of Dr. Modem taking responsibility for this subpar service work she sent her front desk staff to talk to me. If you value you self esteem, smile and plan to take pictures. This is not the place for you as she has no integrity when it comes to get work. Forget walking out.. RUN out and find a dentist who cares... because she doesn't. I don't usually write reviews I let Karma handle people like this but, I don't want anyone else to go through this what I've experienced.

They're are not transparent at all when it comes to charges .. they charge you AFTER being seen and say it's your responsibility to see what your insurance covers. I feel like you should let someone know about charges before service because what if I couldn't afford it. Went there once, never going back - I have a feeling they are money hungry. They charge for every little thing (cancellation, bogus co pays, etc every singles thing) the parking sucks . When I called to cancel my appointment- I was told I would be charged $50, they made me pay $150 co past my first appointment(after my appointment) for future appointment which seem weird to me - I requested a refund since I decided never to go back , the receptionist said she would have to dispute with the dentist and get back to me, that was almost 2 weeks ago - never heard from anyone . I will be calling everyday until I get my refund and yes I regret ever going there. Oh and they delete bad reviews all concerning charges. How honest is that?
